CALL HIM

‘Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.’

Jeremiah 33:3 NKJV

God is telling us to call Him, if someone tells you to call him this means he is ready to listen. He then continues by saying I will answer you, when you call the name of the Lord always they will be an answer to your call. Then He will show you great and mighty things (secret things), which you do not know.

Almost all believers in one way or another have heard about this verse and because it’s short most of us are able to quote it without any problem. In the reality not all of us we are understand the depth of this Scripture and the meaning lay behind it. This Scripture gives the emphasis on prayers; it shows that without prayers we will remain to be ignorant concerning the things that takes place in the spiritual realm.

Prayers warriors in the Body of Christ believe that everything is starting in the spiritual world and be manifested in the physical world. This means if you want to make changes in your situation then you need to start in the spirit; that's why Paul the Apostle says; For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, 2 Corinthians 10:3. All spiritual warfare are being held in the spiritual realm and the results get to be seen in the physical realm.

This morning, God wants you to know that whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. If you call the name of the Lord, He will save you out of your situation. If you call His name, He will tell you what is going on in your life and the lives of those you love. If you pray things will change and God will visit you in an extra-ordinary way.

You don't see changes in your life because you don't pray. You are not seeing the hand of the Lord in your life because you are not seriously engaged in prayer life. God keep bringing this message in my heart because I believe there is someone who is needed to get this kind of message including myself. I pray that God may touch our hearts and lead us in the right direction in the Lord.

Dear Father, help me to live the life of prayers. Help me to call your name and seek your face in all the days of my life. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
