Morning with Ebenezer

SAME MISTAKES?

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

Romans 8:28 NKJV

In life we all make mistakes in many things. We learn everyday through our mistakes and sometimes we fail to learn through them. They say who don't learn through their mistakes are bound to repeat them again. In the mean time if we fail to admit them, we may end up justifying them.

There are some mistakes that cost us a lot, there are some mistakes that we they can't be amended and there are some mistakes that can be corrected. No matter what kind of mistakes you did, one thing you need to remember is that; there will always be a future for you to correct your wrongs.

As Christian we need to stop living in the past, and agree to be labeled by our past mistakes. No matter what you did in the past, God is able and more than willing to help you move past it. I have seen God helping me in my personal life; I have seen Him giving me strength to regroup myself, and start afresh whenever I failed in life.

This morning, I want to encourage you to pray that God may give you wisdom that you may not repeat the same mistakes you did in the past. The enemy will do his best that he may catch you in the same trap. That's why people tend to repeat the same wrongs, because the enemy will do his best; and use all devices in his disposal to make people of God to remain in the same state always.

God wants you to move beyond your mistakes, fear, insecurities and doubts in life. God wants you to be a victor and not a victim. He wants you to be a head and not a tail; He wants you to be first in everything and not the last. He wants you to walk in His will and understand His purpose in your life; that you may walk in His peace in Christ Jesus our Lord.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, I pray that You may give me wisdom not to repeat the same mistakes I did in the past. I know that all things will work together for good because I have I have put my trust in You. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

JESUS IS CALLING

Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

Matthew 11:28-30 NKJV

Jesus came to seek and to save those who are lost. We all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. We are sinners who are desperately in need of the savior. Jesus came to save us from sin and the curse of it. (Luke 19:10, Romans 3:23)

Jesus is calling you and me through the mouths of His servants’ He softly and tenderly calling that we may go back to Him. He is calling all sinners that they may go back to Him; He says there is still time for every sinner to repent.

Many of us tend to ignore His voice and think that we still have time. We think that we will always have a second chance and one day we will repent. One question we need to ask ourselves is why we should tarry when Jesus is pleading. The time we have now, it will pass soon and we may end up miss the door of repentance.

This morning, I want you to know that there is rest and forgiveness in Christ Jesus. Jesus is still in the saving business, and He forgives sin to everyone who goes to Him by faith. He restores what was lost and create new lives for as many as who have put their trust in Him.

If is calling you right now to repent for a certain sin that you have committed, then don't harden your heart; just go before Him and repent. If you have heavy burden in your life, don't hesitate to go before Him and ask that He may give you rest. If you want to live the holy life in Christ Jesus, you need to learn from Him. He will teach you all what you are supposed to do that you may live a holy life in Him.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You by faith in Jesus Christ. I'm accepting your call and I will repent all of my sins that I may be able to stand before You with confidence. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

WAIT ON THE LORD

But those who wait on the Lord
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint.

Isaiah 40:31 NKJV

There are times in my personal life where I have been so down. During those times, I have learned to go before God and asking for strength. I asked for strength to overcome whatever I may be facing while remaining calm in the storm.

We need strength to overcome sin, temptations, we need strength to pray and live according to the will of God. There are some of us who live in the environment that we face temptations every day; we struggle to overcome those temptations daily. Sometimes because of the weakness of our bodies we tend to fail in those temptations.

We need to learn to wait on the Lord in our lives, this means look for His help whenever we face temptations and difficulties in life. God knows how to deliver His people from every kind of hardship in this life. He knows how to help them to overcome their weaknesses and stand strong in the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ.

This morning, I want to encourage you to put your hope in the Lord. If you are facing anything that cause you to lack sleep at night or fail to concentrate during the day. I'm here to tell you that wait on the Lord, and He shall renew your strength.

He will give you strength to mount up with wings like eagles, you will run and not be weary, and you will walk and not faint. The Lord will give you all the strength you need so you may endure and escape from any temptation that will come in your way. Wait on the Lord; be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; wait, I say, on the Lord! (Psalm 27:4)

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, I will wait for your salvation knowing that You will remember me in your time. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

TRUST GOD

So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Isaiah 41:10 NIV

God has His ways of take care His people. He has His way of rescuing His righteous people from the snare of the evil one. He encourages us every day not to fear, for He is our God. He wants us to live with confidence while trusting Him in everything.

In life we receive many news, face many things and undergo many traumas that may cause us to fear. We fear the state of our marriage lives, we fear about the status of our work places; and many times we fear the outcome of our little ones.

The Bible encourages us to live by faith not by sight; but many times we tend to be blinded side by what we see. We tend to concentrate on how big our problems are and stop concentrating on how big our God is. It is difficult to encourage someone who is in pain or facing financial hardships that all things will be alright. Many of us want to see the results now, and we are living in the world that is so impatient so we tend to act like the world is.

This morning, I want to encourage you to trust God. You may be having million of reasons to fear, but there is God who is bigger than all what you fear. He is able to help you overcome all of your fear and supply all of your needs according to His riches and glory in Christ Jesus.

Put your trust in Him today, let Him be the Lord and Savior of your life. Remember He is your provider; He is your healer and deliverer. If you want to see good things in your future, then you need to learn to trust a known God with your unknown future. He has been there, and I believe He has set all things to be good according to His plan and purpose for your life.

*****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, I coming before You today. I'm surrendering my life before your hands. Lord asking that You may help me to trust You in all seasons of my life. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

HUMBLE YOURSELF

He raises the poor from the dust
    and lifts the needy from the ash heap;
 He seats them with princes,
with the princes of his people.
He settles the childless woman in her home
as a happy mother of children.
Praise the Lord.

Psalm 113:7-9 NIV

God has a tendency of taking nobodies and make them somebodies. He lifts the poor out of the dirt and rescues beggars from the garbage dump. He puts them in important positions, giving them a place among the leaders of his people.

He has taken many from the lower positions and put them in the higher positions in life. He has given children to the woman who home is empty, and makes her a happy mother. He is the one who decides who will rise and who will fall.

Apostle James says Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up. If we learn to humble ourselves before the Lord, and live the life of humility. God will lift us up in every area of our lives. He will take us places where no man can take us, and help us to use all what He has deposited inside of us.

This morning, I want to encourage you to humble yourself by the side of the Lord, and He shall lift you up. Remember to walk in humbleness; you don't have to prove to people how God you are or how much you know. If God wants people to know you, He will make a way for them to know you.

Sometimes we struggle and do desperate things that we may remain at the top or be known by others. Let the Lord lift you in due time, walk in His will and stop lifting yourself. Your humbleness should be seen in your words, actions and your life in its totality. God will lift you up if you will humble yourself and seats you with princes, with the princes of your people.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, forgive me where I have lift myself up. Help me to live a humble life and humble myself before You in all the days of my life. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

HOLD ON

I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.

Revelation 3:11 NIV

We have been given salvation in Christ Jesus. Paul the Apostle says God bought you with a high price. He allowed His Son to die for our sins and mine, our salvation didn't come free or cheap but it involved great sacrifice. (1 Corinthians 6:20)

Jesus told John the Apostle that He is coming soon. He is on His way coming to take His spotless and blameless Church out of this world. He encouraged us to hold what we have, so that no one will take our crowns. This means there are people or things that can take our away your crown.

We can jump and conclude that the devil is the one who is planning to take away our crowns. Yes the devil is the number one enemy who is doing whatever he cans to destroy the work of God in us. But there are people who live unrighteous life who can also influence us negative and take us away from God. The love of money can take us away from God, and cause us to concentrate on seeking it day and night.

This morning, I want to encourage you to hold on what you have. If Jesus saved you and delivered you from sin, then you shouldn't get to the life you once denounced. Continue living the holy life in Chris Jesus, continue to pray, fast and walk in the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The enemy won't go down without a fight; he will try to fight you every day that you he may win back to his kingdom. Don't let Him draw you back to his wicked kingdom; fight the good fight of faith that you may overcome whatever things that they may tempt you to sin. God will help you in every step if you will completely put your trust in Him.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, I'm asking that You may help to live a holy life in Christ Jesus. Help me to fight a good fight of faith that I may hold of the eternal life to which I have been called in Christ Jesus. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

FALL INTO TEMPTATION

Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. “Simon,” he said to Peter, “are you asleep? Couldn’t you keep watch for one hour? Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

Mark 14:37-38 NIV

One of the things that Jesus taught us to do if we want to overcome temptations is praying. Jesus taught His disciples to pray, and He led by example; because Himself lived the life of prayers. He was a mighty prayer warrior who prayed before doing the work of ministry.

The Spirit of God sent Jesus out in into the desert, and He was in the desert for forty days and forty nights fasting. The tempter, the devil came to tempt Him; and the Lord overcame all the snares of the evil one. After He came out of the desert He called His first disciples who were Simon Peter and his brother Andrew. Then He called James and His brother John sons of Zebedee; all of them left what they were doing and followed Him. (Mark 1:12-20)

Jesus had a very powerful anointing that could instantly change the life of a person. He had such a direct connection to the Father, that no man had before Him and no man will have after Him. One thing I learned from Jesus is that He was a man of prayers. He prayed for everything and believed His Father will glorify His name through Him.

This morning, I want to encourage you to pray so that you may not fall into temptation. There are people who can come and tend to ruin your life or even your day. You need to ask God to give you the wisdom you need to deal with such kinds of people. Some people may take advantage of you because you are a Christian and they may tend to despitefully use you.

You need God to help you that you may not take matters into your own hands and doing to them what they are doing to you. You need the power of God in you that will help you to overcome the sin that so easily entangles you. You will attain these things and so much more if you will pray. Don’t wait for your Pastor to come and pray for you; but learn to pray for yourself and those who you love.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, I pray that You may help not fall in any kind of temptations that the devil has set for me today, and in the days to come. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

BLESS THE LORD

Bless the Lord, O my soul;
And all that is within me, bless His holy name!
Bless the Lord, O my soul,
And forget not all His benefits:
Who forgives all your iniquities,
Who heals all your diseases,
Who redeems your life from destruction,
Who crowns you with loving-kindness and tender mercies,
Who satisfies your mouth with good things,
So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

Psalm 103:1-5 NKJV

Christians are required to bless the Lord and bless His holy name in their lives. If you are a born again and filled Spirit Christian then you understand what the Lord sacrificed that you may get your freedom. The Bible teaches us that the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. (Isaiah 53:5b)

He took the punishment for you and me, He then forgave our sins, healed our bodies and create in us a clear heart that we may worship Him in the Spirit and truth. He did many miracles in our lives; He carried us from our humble beginning and blessed our ways. He fought with those who fought against us and rebuked the devil out of our lives.

He redeemed us from the curses of our families, tribes and nations; and made us sons and daughters in the kingdom of His Father. He taught us how to pray through the power of His precious Spirit and cause us to walk in peace. The Lord has done many things in our lives and we ought to thank Him daily for His loving-kindness.

This morning, I want to encourage you to take a moment and bless the Lord for all of His goodness. Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! These were the words of Psalmist David; He blessed the Lord for all what He did for Him. He took Him from being a shepherd and made Him the king of Israel.

I believe God had done many things for you and your family. Many times we complain for what we don't have and forget to thank God for what He has done for us. We need to develop an attitude of thanking Him for whatever we have in life right now. Work hard for what we desire to have some day while we allow God to take us glory to glory as He desires in our lives.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, I thank You for your word. I thank You for the gift of life, help me to live according to your will. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

MIRACLES FROM JESUS

And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.
And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

Mark 16:15-18 NKJV

Jesus commanded us to preach the Gospel to every creature. He gave us the great commission of spreading the Gospel to the whole world. He wanted His church do continue the work that He started. He promised to be with us always up to the end of this age.

In other words He promised to be with every generation of believers, even those who are not yet born. He promised that if they will use His name the following signs will accompany them: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

Some of us have seen these promises fulfilled before our own eyes. I believe God has manifested Himself in your life, by using one or more of those signs that Jesus said will accompany believers. This is the proof that you are in the right direction and that God is with you and He has a plan to give you eternal life if you will patient until the end.

This morning, I want you to know that Jesus is still performing miracles, signs and wonders. There are many people who come and perform miracles by the name of Christ; but not all of them are from Him. As Christians we need to be careful and tests every spirit if it is from God.

Jesus said we will identify false prophets by their fruits, that is, by the way they act. If you want to know that if the miracles you see are from God or not. Then look on the life of that particular person if it right on the sight of God. If he lives according to the word of God, then know that is being used by God; but if he lives contrary to the word of God. Then know that he is one of many who take the grace of Jesus Christ for granted.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, I want to witness your miracles in my life. Help me to be able to differentiate the miracles that are from You and those which are from the enemy. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

SOON AND VERY SOON

Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is.

1 John 3:2 NIV

The Bible teaches us about the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. He is the Alpha and the Omega, "who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty." It teaches us about the promise of His second coming; and His eternal kingdom that will last forever and ever.

In this life we are facing hardships, we are struggling with many problems; but in Christ we have hope that one day all these things will be over. All the struggles we face in this life will end if we will be patient waiting for the promise of God. There is a period between now and then, in this period will face temptations, problems and hardships of every kind.

The Lord promises us that in all things He will never leave us nor forsake us. No matter what we will be going through or facing while waiting for the Lord; we need to know that God will be with us in all things. He will give us the strength we need to overcome all things until the day Christ appears, and we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as He is.

This morning, I want you to know that the Lord is coming soon. All the events that take place right now in this world right now are preparing a platform for His coming. He will come to take His spotless and blameless church back to His Father. Make sure that you will be among of those who will inherit His kingdom.

We read in the Book of Revelation that God will wipe away every tear from our eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, and the former things will pass away, and all things will made new, Revelation 21:4. Live the holy life in Christ that you may live to see all the good things that God has prepared for all who will obey Him through Christ Jesus our Lord.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, give me strength to wait for your Second coming while I'm walking in your will. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

MIGHTY TO SAVE

The Lord your God in your midst,
The Mighty One, will save;
He will rejoice over you with gladness,
He will quiet you with His love,
He will rejoice over you with singing.”

Zephaniah 3:17 NKJV

Many of us think that God is only there to save us from sin. When we sin we run to Him that He may forgive and deliver us from that particular sin. It is a good thing but we need to know that God can also save us from whatever things that destroy us.

God can save us from every kind of addictions in life. There are people who consume intoxicant drinks and they don't know how they can deliver themselves. There are people who are chain smokers; and they can't allow themselves to quit smoking. We have people who are addicted to pornographies, and although in the outside they seem to have control of everything; but they can't control that particular behavior.

There are some people who steal for others, they steal from their bosses, spouses and loved ones. They go to church, praise God and consider themselves as good Christians but deep down they are thieves. We have Christians who lie; they can't tell a story without adding some lies on it. They have been lying for a long time in such a way it has become normal to them

This morning, I want to encourage you to ask God to save you from whatever area that you cannot control. If there is a secret sin in your life, ask the Lord to help you stop doing it. If there is a certain behavior that is out control, ask the Lord to give you strength to control it and have victory over it.

If there is anyone in your family who is fighting against something that is beyond his/her control. Ask the Lord to help Him knowing that God will hear your prayers and fight for that person. When you go before God, ask Him by the name of Jesus and He will do whatever you ask so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, I'm asking that You may save me from all the struggles that I'm facing in life. Help me to overcome whatever addictions that I have in life that I may walk in your light. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

LIVE

“And when I passed by you and saw you struggling in your own blood, I said to you in your blood, ‘Live!’ Yes, I said to you in your blood, ‘Live!’

Ezekiel 16:6 NKJV

In life we need to choose to live every day. There are many things that come with in the mission to kill us slowly. We sometimes eat junk foods that tend to jeopardize our healthy in a long run. We expose ourselves in materials and things that tend to pollute our minds and cause us to sin.

We have people who are struggling with suicide thoughts; the devil keep on preaching for them that they are no longer important in this world. They are not needed at all and even if they die no one will care about them. Some have tried to do some things in life, and when they failed; they gave up and thoughts themselves as losers.

It is the will of God that we may live and see all what He has in store for us. It is the will of God for us to prosper in all things and be in health, just as our souls prosper. It is the will of God for us to overcome every obstacle in this and inherit His kingdom at the end of the day.

This morning, I want to encourage you to live. I want to encourage you to live beyond your fears, insecurities and limitations in life. I want to encourage you to think like the word of God commands to think, and live the life of faith that we are being taught in the scriptures.

God desires you to see all things go well with you and that you may live long on the earth. Don't allow the enemy to take away your years by residing in sin. The wages of sin is death, this include spiritual and physical death. Make sure you live a holy life in Christ Jesus that you may live all the years that God prepared for you in advance even before you were born.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, help me to live all my days according to your word. I will choose to live a holy life in You; give me strength to overcome every obstacle in life knowing that I have been called to live beyond my fears. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

GOD IS THERE

So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the LORD your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you."

Deuteronomy 31:6 NLT

Most of the times we desire to feel the presence of the Lord. When we pray, we want to see visions and hear the voice from the Lord. Sometimes we believe more when we receive prophecies and other encouragement words from others.

If we don't feel anything or hear any message from the Lord; we tend to be discouraged and think that God has forsaken us. When we face temptations and hardships in life; we tend to seek God more for solutions and when we don't hear anything from Him. We lose hope and think that we are in the fight by ourselves.

Moses encouraged the children of Israel to be strong and courageous. He encouraged not to be afraid and do not panic before their enemies. For the LORD your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you. No matter what they will face in their lives, God got them covered. He promised to be with them all the way until the end of their journey.

This morning, I want you to know that God is there even if you don't feel Him. God is there in your darkness hours, He is there in your hardships and all life chaos. If you don't feel Him just know that His promise is true. Know that He is there for you; He will be there for your family and all who care about you.

Learn to trust in Him in all seasons of your life. Give yourself completely to Him; know that He will never fail in this life. He will help you in everything you do in this life; and make you the head and not the tail in everything you touch.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, I will keep my trust in You in all the days of my life regardless what I will be facing in life. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

BE HUMBLE

Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for

“God resists the proud,
But gives grace to the humble.”

1 Peter 5:5 NIV

I have learned that as people continues to grow and develop; pride grows as well. We have people who used to be very humble while they had nothing; but when they got money or even a certain positions their attitude totally changed.

We hear stories of young women who changed their attitude after they got married. Some Pastors stopped being servants and started being bosses after they got many members and became famous. I have learned that there are things that can trigger pride inside of us. There is point in life where if you are not carefully pride will be manifested and cause harm to others.

Young people are encouraged to submit themselves to the elders. The whole church is encouraged to be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble. If you live a humble life, God will give you the grace you need to overcome any hardship in life.

This morning, I want to remind you to be humble. The greater you are, the more you must humble yourself, so you will find favor in the sight of the Lord. As much as you go higher in life, then learn to humble yourself that you may give God a room to lift you more.

Someone once said, your attitude will determine your altitude. If you want to go higher in life and have a good success in everything you do then you need to be humble in all of your conduct. Learn to humble yourself even if you don't feel like or when people think they know more than you. God will bless you and give you peaceful life.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, forgive me for where I have been proud. Help me to live a humble life in all the days of my life. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

STEPS

The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord,
And He delights in his way.

Psalm 37:23 NKJV

Maybe you made some decisions in the past that later brought you great success in life. Sometimes many of us like to take credit for such decisions and we forget to give glory to God. There are some people who did everything right; and ended up having what in outside seems to be perfect families.

There are some people who did nothing but making bad decisions in life. Whatever they touched ended up in a bad way. They had no art of keeping relationships and hence struggled choosing right partners in life. These are the people who were not sure about their future; what they will study, and what kind of life they wanted to live.

One thing I have learned in my walk with the Lord is that everything that is happening in our lives is under God's control. God won't allow anything that He hasn't prepared your heart to handle it. If you are passing through difficulties times in life; then know that God has equipped to walk through the storm.

This morning, I want to encourage you to let God order your steps. It doesn't matter how many bad decisions you made in the past, or how many good decision you made in your life. You need to know that God is the only one who can guarantee your success in life. If you will allow Him, He will make sure you live a life worth of your calling in Christ.

God will show you how you should live; He will guide you in the right direction. He will give you the wisdom you need to live with everyone in your life. The Scriptures teaches us that the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord; if you will continue living in the will of God. Then God will direct all of your paths.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, I'm asking that You may direct my paths in life; help me to walk in your will. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

ASK FOR THE GRACE

But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.

2 Corinthians 12:9 NIV

In our personal lives we all have weaknesses is some areas. No one is perfect, it is written for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Romans 3:23. No one asked certain weaknesses to come in our way; but our nature of sin brought forth weaknesses that keep on emerging in us.

There are some people who use their weaknesses as the reason to go before God daily; they pray that God may heal them and give them strength to control them. There are also some people who use their weaknesses as an excuse of hurting others and make foolish decisions. I don't know how you handle your weakness but I know that there is grace of God that is sufficient for each one of us.

There is a grace of God to help you overcome every demon that has been troubling you from your mother's and father's side. There is a grace of God to help you overcome every addiction that you have acquired throughout the years. There is a grace of God to break every curse that has been passed down in your family tree.

This morning, ask the Lord for His amazing grace. Ask God to help you overcome whatever weakness you are struggling with in life. Ask the Lord to help you control your weakness and use it to glorify God. Whatever area you are struggling with in life, should be something to push you towards God.

We need to ask the Lord to help us that our weaknesses shouldn't be the source of pain to others. We need also to stop justifying our weaknesses and use them as an excuse for our wrongdoings. We need to accept the truth that we are weak in some areas of our lives and seek the face of the Lord that He may deliver us.

Morning with Ebenezer

PRAY FOR THE CHURCH

God’s purpose in all this was to use the church to display his wisdom in its rich variety to all the unseen rulers and authorities in the heavenly places. This was his eternal plan, which he carried out through Christ Jesus our Lord.

Ephesians 3:10-11 NLT

God has been using the Church throughout the history to bless the world. True healing has been found in the inside the walls of the Church. Total deliverance, true life changes and blessings is found in the Church of Jesus Christ.

There is no one who decided to worship Jesus and surrender himself in the lead of the Church and his life remained the same. All people who submitted their lives in Christ and followed what the Lord taught them through ministers in the body of Christ; their lives changed completely.

God purposed that all the rulers and powers in the heavenly places will now know the many different ways He shows His wisdom. They will now this because of the church. Through Jesus Christ God has manifested His power to the whole world. He is using the church to spread the Good News to all people; accompanied by miracles, signs and wonders.

This morning, I pray for the Church of Jesus Christ in this world. Pray for the leaders of the Church, these include Bishops, Pastors, Apostles, Prophets and Teachers. Pray for the singers, prayers warriors, ushers and everyone involved in activities of the Church.

Pray that Evangelists may continue to go in all parts of the world to preach the Gospel to all people. If the Gospel will be preached, then Satan will lose his dominion in many parts of the world where he has powerful strongholds. People of God will receive their blessings and the name of the Lord will praised among sons of men.

Dear Heavenly Father, I pray for your Church in this world. I pray that your hand may continue blessing your church that she may continue being powerful and bring many to your kingdom. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

PRAY TO GOD DAILY

Evening and morning and at noon
I will pray, and cry aloud,
And He shall hear my voice.

Psalm 55:17 NKJV

Paul the Apostle encouraged the Church of Jesus Christ to pray without ceasing. He encouraged us to pray all the time in the Spirit, meaning the Holy Spirit on all occasions with all prayers and requests. He then said, with this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people. (Ephesians 6:18)

Jesus said these words, “Then He spoke a parable to them that men always ought to pray and not lose heart.”Jesus encouraged us to pray always to God without giving up regardless what the enemy will bring in your life.

The writer of the book of Jude says, “But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, Jude 1:20.” If we will pray in the Holy Spirit, by using the Spiritual language that we have been given in Christ Jesus. We will build the faith needed to stand against every attacks of the enemy in our lives.

This morning, I want to remind you to pray to God daily. Don't lean on your own understanding but in everything learn to ask the help of the Lord. If you want to see God's hand in your family, then you need to pray. If you want to see the God's hand in your personal life, then you need to pray that God may reveal Himself to you.

The Psalmist David says, evening and morning and at noon he will pray and cry aloud, and He (God) shall hear my voice. David was teaching us to pray daily knowing God will hear our prayers. If we pray without losing hope, God will hear us and answer our prayers.

Dear Father, I pray that You may help me to pray daily without losing hope in You. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

ENDURE UNTIL THE END

And it will be said in that day:
“Behold, this is our God;
We have waited for Him, and He will save us.
This is the Lord;
We have waited for Him;
We will be glad and rejoice in His salvation.”

Isaiah 25:9 NKJV

There are many things that are taking place in our world right now. We see the huge gap between the haves and haves not. There is a struggle in every country because of the decline of moral values. Many people have come with their different inventions and they are trying very hard to discredit the word of God that they may live the life that they think is right.

There are some countries that used to be Christian countries; they respected God and put Him forward every plans. Now there are many people in those countries that want to chase away God from their system; and without shame some of them have identified themselves as Satanists.

We hear stories of women who want to be men and men who want to be women. The enemy convince people that it’s okay to even to change your gender; if you feel like God made a mistake to put you in that particular gender. Many are trying to rewrite the law of God; and encourage people to live in the laws of men that are contrary to the law of God.

This morning, I want you to know that if you will endure until the end you will be saved. There are many things that will come to test your faith. The enemy won't go down without a fight; He has lost you because you are no longer in his wicked kingdom. Then he will use everything in his disposal that he may make you go back to him or experience hardships in your walk with the Lord. (Matthew 24:13)

I'm here to remind you to look on the promise of God to His people, the Church of Jesus Christ in this world. One day you will see, and you will say these words of Isaiah the Prophet. “Behold, this is our God; we have waited for Him, and He will save us. This is the Lord; we have waited for Him; we will be glad and rejoice in His salvation.”

Jesus will come again; He will come to take us from this world. While we are waiting for His coming, let’s put our hope in Him. He will not let the enemy destroy us. He will fight our battles of our behalf, and make sure that He has the last word over our lives and not the devil.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, my life is in your hands. Lord I'm asking that You may help me to endure all hardships in this life knowing that one day You will send back your Son to take me to You. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
