Morning with Ebenezer

PURPOSE WILL STAND

I make known the end from the beginning,
from ancient times, what is still to come.
I say, ‘My purpose will stand,
and I will do all that I please.’

Isaiah 46:10 NIV

The first time I ready and understood this Scripture I was so happy to know that my life was written even before I was born. God wrote everything and set all things before He allowed me to come on this earth. He knew my end before I was formed in my mother's womb in other words nothing that has happened in my life so far is by accident.

God knew I was coming and He prepared the suitable provisions for me. He knew where I will stay, what I will become, who I will associate with, and which path of life I will take to fulfill my destiny in this life. He knew that He is sending me to the world that is full of temptations, wickedness, and sin. He knew no matter what I will face, He will still be there to help me overcome everything.

You may be facing many difficult things right now. Maybe you think you will never mount up to anything important in this life. Maybe every time you think about your past, you don't picture yourself to be important person one day. Maybe you came from a poor family and you think that you will die poor just like your parents, grand parents and great grand parents.

This morning, I want you to know that the purpose of the Lord will stand in your life. King Solomon says, "Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails, Proverbs 19:21."God will not allow you to see the grave without fulfilling the purpose He had for you since the foundation of this world.

Start this week with with a positive attitude that God will help you to overcome no matter what you are going through in life. You were not born by accident there is purpose for you in this life. There is a reason why you are still alive up to this day. I want to encourage you to embrace the gift of life, salvation, and work hard to improve your life every day.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, help me to fulfill your purpose in my life. Give me strength to live according to your will in my life. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

LIVE FOR CHRIST

“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

John 14:1-2 NKJV

We have our Father in heaven. The one who made the heavens and earth, He created man according to His image and likeness. He sent His Son Jesus Christ that He may come and die for us. He saved us from sin and set us free from the bondage of the enemy.

Jesus encouraged us that we shouldn't be troubled, if we believe in God, we should also believe in Him. In His Father's house are many mansions, if it were not so, He would have told us, He went to prepare a place for us.

The word of God is yea and Amen, whatever He said will come to pass. He wrote these words for us that we may be encouraged and continue being faithful before Him. This means that whatever work we do for the kingdom of God will have the reward. Our God will reward us according to what we have done in the body whether good or bad.

This morning, I want to encourage you to live for Christ. Things they can be tough in this life but still our hope is in Christ. You may be facing difficult things and you feel like losing your mind; but still God is all in all.

God will help you overcome every obstacles, temptation and attack form the evil one; while you are still waiting for His coming. He will help you fulfill your purpose in life if you will trust Him with your life. God is still on the throne, you are not alone in your fight. You are not alone in this life, start this day knowing that He is with you and He will never leave you nor forsake you.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, help me to live for you for the rest of my days in this world. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

TEACH ME TO LOVE

Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds us all together in perfect harmony.

Colossians 3:14 NLT

We hear all these wonderful teachings concerning different topics in the Bible. We have been taught about faith, obedience to God, blessings of God, healing, deliverance, the hope we have in Christ and many wonderful things.

Jesus taught about love, He loved us Himself and commanded us to love one another. He said the only way the world will know and understand that we are His; if we love one another. This means that we should be patience to one another and praying for each other weakness.

Paul the Apostle wrote to Colossians that above all, they should clothe themselves with love, which binds us all together in perfect harmony. We will overcome fights, competitions, arguments and cruelty through love. When we share the Good News of Jesus with unbelievers that are in a circle of our influence; our love should be the first testimony to them that Jesus lives in us.

This morning, I want to encourage you to love. Love will teach you to forgive, let go and move on with life. Love will teach you to pray for the unbelievers instead of condemning them. Love will teach you to stay calm, and control your anger when things seem to be out of control. Love will help you understand people, and treat them in a godly way no matter how they have treated you.

Ask the Lord to help to love someone today. Ask the Lord to give you strength to love your enemies and those people who seem to be unlovable. Ask the Lord to help you be patient with people who don't appreciate you and your contribution to them. Ask the Lord to teach you to love.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, I'm asking that You may help me to love. Teach me to love like Jesus, help me to love in deed and truth according to your Gospel I. Christ Jesus. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebezener

SEEK GOD

Then Jesus said to his disciples: “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?

Luke 12:22-26 NIV

We are living in the world that people worries more about their images than their right standing with God. Many people seek to be so and so, and they struggle to live in the status-quo of the society. Many of us seek to prove that we are better than others; that’s why we have people who post their photos on the Social Medias every day for the sake of boasting.

Since many people show off their wealth to others, they make other people jealous and cause them to stumble. We have people in the Church who struggle to show that they have been blessed by God. Since some preachers teach that blessings are manifested also in form of flesh. We have some Christians who struggle to show material things; that people may know that they have been blessed.

Our good Lord Jesus Christ said, “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes.” He said life is more than what we eat, and the body more than clothes we wear. He gave example of ravens that are being fed by God while they do not sow or reap; they have no storeroom or barn. He then gave example of Lilies, they do not labor or spin; and yet He say to us, even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. (Ve.24-28)

This morning, I want you to know that God doesn't want you to set your heart on what you will eat or drink, do not worry about it. For the pagan world runs after all such things, and your Father knows that you need them. But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well. (Ve.29-30)

Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need, Matthew 6:33. God knows what you need in this life; He knows you need rent for your house this month. He knows that you need a tuition fee for your children that they may go back to college. He knows you need a wife; He knows you need a husband. He knows you need a good paying job. He knows you need to finish school and He knows that you desire to start your own company one day. Seek Him first child of God, seek Him early, seek Him earnestly, and seek Him before anything else and all things will be given to you as well.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, I want to seek You with everything within me. I want to know You know more than I know myself. I want to love you more than my life. I want to be close to you than I have ever been close to anything else in my life. Help me to reach that desire of my soul. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

YES IN CHRIST

As it is written, I have made you the father of many nations. [He was appointed our father] in the sight of God in Whom he believed, Who gives life to the dead and speaks of the nonexistent things that [He has foretold and promised] as if they [already] existed.

Romans 4:17 AMP

There are things God spoke to us when we gave our life to Jesus. These things came in form of dreams, ideas, and visions or through prophetic gifts among us. We were once so excited to receive them; but as years go by we understood that patience and work needed to make them come to life.

The Bible says that God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has he ever spoken and failed to act? Has he ever promised and not carried it through? When God promises something; He will see it through and make sure it will be fulfilled when time comes. (Numbers 23:19)

Many of us came from religious backgrounds, so we don't understand the ways of the Lord. Religion is man's way to seek God; but salvation is God's way to seek man. In our religion they didn't teach us the promises of God and only few people read and understood the Scriptures. We were raised with the notion that there is God, but we didn't know Him as we ought to. God help us!

This morning, I want you to know that no matter how many promises God has made, they are "Yes" in Christ. And so through him the "Amen" is spoken by us to the glory of God. Whatever God promised you in Christ, will come to pass! No matter how big it is, how impossible it may seems but it will come to pass. (2 Corinthians 1:20)

I don't care what your background looks like; I don't care if you are not in the right environments that are suitable for the fulfillment of the promises of God right now. God will make a way for you, God will open doors that were closed to many generations before you. He is the one who gives life to the dead and speaks of the nonexistent things that as if they existed. Your dreams exist somewhere in the spiritual realm before God; and soon they will be manifested before your own eyes. Have faith!

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, I receive all the promises that You has made for me in Christ. I proclaim that they are mine, and they will come to pass! May your name be praised in all over the earth! In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

GET UP AGAIN

Although a righteous person may fall seven times, he gets up again, but the wicked will be brought down by calamity.

Proverbs 24:16 NET

We fall down but we get up, for a saint is just a sinner who fell down and got up. Those are the words of Donnie Mcclurkin in his song called, “We fall down but we get up again”. We all fall down in sin and many things in this life.

One question you need to ask yourself is what do you do after you fall down? Do you continue staying down and giving up on your salvation or get up again? No matter what you have done, you can get up again; because it's not too late as long as you are still breathing.

The Bible says, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." I have fall short of the glory of God that's why I can't do exactly what is required of me. You have fall short of the glory of God, we all have fall short of the glory of God. We all need Jesus, we need Him every hour, minute and second of our lives.

This morning, I want to encourage you as child of God to get up. I don't know what things you did in your past. I feel in my spirit that some of you are still living in guilty and regrets. You wish you could go back and change things that you may get different outcomes. I want you to let bygones be the bygones, let the past be the past. Today I want to ask you to stand and move forward with your life.

You have Jesus in your heart; Jesus in you is the hope of glory. There is glory ahead of you; there is power of God in you that will take you to another level of your life. God has prepared wonderful and great things ahead of you so don't live in the past. God is going to take you to another dimension of grace and mercy; if you will let go of your past and live in the faith of Son of His love Jesus Christ.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, I have fallen down many times. Most of the time I stumble to get up again, today I'm asking for your supernatural strength that I may get up and move on with my life in You. Help me Lord, I need your help to let go all my past's regrets and guilty. I plead your blood over my soul, I speak peace in it. Peace be still in my soul in the name of Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

LISTEN TO HIS VOICE

My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. 28 I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand.

John 10:27-28 NIV

Every time when I write Morning with Ebenezer; I pray to God that if it won't touch all its reader then it should touch at least a single soul. I pray that it may touch at least one person and change something inside that person. If it happens it touches many, then blessed be the name of the Lord; but that single person who I believe God touch will me keep writing.

Today I want to talk about listening to the voice of God. I have discovered in my personal life and life of many of us. When we go before God with our needs in prayers, we are the ones who do all the talking and when we are done. We get out of His presence and continue with our lives.

One of the common complains among Christians, that I have been hearing for years is that God doesn't speak to them. Some of us think like God talks to so called powerful spiritual persons; if that was the case God would give the Bible only to them. He wouldn't allow His precious Word to spread across the whole earth. This means that He wants to speak to each one of us, if we will be willing to listen to His voice.

This morning, I want you to know that God is willing to speak to you if you will be willing to listen. When you go before Him in prayers, don't make haste to get out of His presence. When you have praise, worship and prayed before Him; sit down and spend enough time listening to His response.

God always speaks to us; He may speak to us through ideas that won't leave us alone for days, weeks or months. He may speak to us in a small still voice inside of our souls as He spoke to Elijah the Prophet. The voice of the Lord is calm, it doesn't forces us to do things but it keeps on telling us what the right direction to follow is. It allows our conscience to decide whether to follow or ignore it. When the Lord speaks, His voice comes with His peace inside our souls.

He may speak to us through visions, dreams or prophetic gift among us. He may direct us to open His word and speak to us through His sacred Scriptures or anyone in our circle of influence. I want to challenge you to start listening to His voice and stop complaining. You are precious before His eyes, He wants to speak to you too so start listening to Him.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer...

Dear Heavenly Father, help me to start listening to your voice and obey it. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

GOD BELIEVES IN YOU

When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers,
The moon and the stars, which You have ordained,
What is man that You are mindful of him,
And the son of man that You visit him?
For You have made him a little lower than the angels,
And You have crowned him with glory and honor.

Psalm 8:3-5 NKJV

Many Christians in the Church suffers with low self esteem because no one in their childhood seemed to believe in them. Some tried their best to do well in school; but it seemed to be not good enough to their parents who maybe didn't even performed as well as they did. This developed fears in these people; they struggled trusting themselves and abilities within them because no one seemed to trust them in their tender ages.

God believed in you that's why He gave you certain abilities that no man has. He saw you before you were formed in your mother's womb. He installed some precious things in you. Then He allowed you to come in this world. He knew exactly which kind of environment you will be raised; but He trusted you to master them. He trusted you that when the time comes, you will overcome your fears and go beyond your limitations.

The devil doesn't want us to know that we have the ability to master our environment and go beyond our fears. He has labeled us according to our generational failures, countries crisis, regional curses and families’ struggles. He keeps on telling us that we can't go beyond what we are bound to believe. The devil is the liar, so his mother in law! God can take you places that no eye has seen, what no ear has heart, and no human mind has conceived -- the things God has prepared for those who love him. (1 Corinthians 2:9)

This morning, I want to encourage you to believe in God and believe in yourself. Believe in yourself that you can get that promotion and you can do what it takes to keep it. Believe that you will be a good husband, father and leader in your house. Believe that you will be a good wife, mother and helper to your husband.

Believe that God can use you in a mighty way. Believe you are better and stop compare yourself with other; just know that you are unique creation before God. You are better in many ways than many people who you think are better than you. What you need is to believe in yourself, and believe who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. (Ephesians 3:20)

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, heal me from my low self esteem. Give me to believe in You and believe in myself and know that with you all things are possible. I can become anything I want in this life with your help. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

SERVE THE LORD

Serve the Lord with gladness;
Come before His presence with singing.
Know that the Lord, He is God;
It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves;
We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.

Psalm 100:2-3 NKJV

We have many folks who don't like their jobs. They always complain about their jobs and blame everyone in their lives for whatever they have failed in life. I have learnt that if you don't like what you are doing in life; it's better to have a positive attitude because it will make your life much easily.

The Bible teaches us to serve the Lord with gladness, there are some people who were born in religious families; and serving the Lord in a certain way seemed like a noble thing to do. The community around them encouraged them to go to religious organizations; and serve God even if they don't felt that way inside.

This led to the rise of generation of the ministers who don't like the work they do for the kingdom. They ended up mistreating people and abusing some who came to them for help. That's why we heard many scandals in religious organizations of ministers who abused children and young people.

This morning, I want to encourage you to serve the Lord with gladness. Serve Him in the area that He has called you. Your blessings are where He wants you to serve. You have a unique thing to share in the body of Christ. God has given you something that we all need; that's why you have finger prints that no one else have on this earth.

Serve Him today, be glad to be in the house of the Lord. God will bless if you will give yourself completely to Him. When you go before Him, thank Him for giving you another chance of seeing this day. Praise Him and let Him be God in your life by obeying His will in your life.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, I will serve you with all my heart, help me to serve with a joyful heart. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

OLD AGE

And even when I am old and gray, O God, do not forsake me, Until I declare Your strength to this generation, Your power to all who are to come.

Psalms 71:18 NASB

We will all get old; aging is inevitable as long as we have this breath of life. There are some people who age happily and full of energy within; while there are some people who age with many regrets and guilty.

How you will age it depends on how you spent your youth-hood. The decisions that we are making right now, will highly influence our aging. If you will decide to spend all what you are making right now and save none for retirement, you will get old broke. People who will control their spending, invest, and buy the things that last such as land, will age peacefully than those who wasted all in their youth.

I desire to age peacefully, I pray that God may help me fulfill my purpose in this life. I pray that He may give me strength to love the wife of my youth, and spend enough time with my children that I may have no regrets when I get old. There are many of us who are busy with life, and we forget to treasure things that matter in life such as family. We have time for everyone else out there; but we don't have time for our spouses and children.

This morning, I want to remind you to prepare for old age. We are being taught to live for today, it’s a good thing; but we should also prepare for tomorrow. The Bible teaches us to learn from the ant, it says, “Take a lesson from the ants, you lazybones. Learn from their ways and become wise! Though they have no prince or governor or ruler to make them work, they labor hard all summer, gathering food for the winter.” (Proverbs 6:6-8)

Ants have no prince or governor or rule to make them work, but they labor hard all summer, gathering food for the winter. These are wise creatures; they know that the time will come where they will no longer be able to do what they do in the summer. So they prepare for that particular time, and we are supposed to do the same. I desire to see that day the Lord will tell me, "'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness!' (Matthew 25:23)

I desire to hear the Lord telling you the same words. All that won't be possible if won't give ourselves completely to God in this present time. We need to prepare ourselves for old age and know that one day we will all die, and you don't want to die with regrets or before finish the work that the Lord has given you. Make sure you make the plans to achieve all of it today, and the Lord God will be with you.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for your word. Lord help me to respond to what You have spoken and make the necessary changes I need to make in my life. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

GROWTH

And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God.

Colossians 1:9-10 ESV

God intended as we walk with Him, we should also grow in Him. He wants us to pass our infants stage and start growing in the Son of His love. He wants us to overcome every sin that easily entangle us and seek to know Him more in the person of Jesus Christ.

The plan of the enemy is to keep us stagnant, he doesn't want us to grow and know God more. That's why He wants us to continue living in our past, and hold past's grudges. Things like un-forgiveness and hatred can cause us to remain in the same position in life and prevent us to grow more in the Lord.

Paul the Apostle prayed to Colossians that they may filled with the knowledge of Christ will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. It is my desire to see you filled with spiritual wisdom and understand; so that you may walk worth of the Lord and pleasing Him in everything you do.

This morning, I pray that you may grow in our Lord Jesus Christ. There are some things you need to let go by now. There are some old friends who you need to leave them, and ask the Lord to bring you some new people in your life that; will help you fulfill your purpose in life. You need to mature enough that you may know there is no need for you to be like everybody else. Instead you need to live a unique life style while doing the will of the Lord in your life.

Sometimes we tend to follow people that we may be seen as cool people. These people may end up leading us into sin. It is about time for you and me to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit in our lives. We need to follow His plan and purpose over our lives, we need to read and study the word of God that we may understand God's mind. Don't wait for other people to study the Bible that you may ask them questions; but start studying it that you may get the whole truth.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, help me to grow in Christ Jesus. I want to live the life worthy of my calling in Christ, help me to that by the power of your Holy Spirit. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

SMALL BEGINNING

Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin, to see the plumb line in Zerubbabel’s hand.”

(The seven lamps represent the eyes of the Lord that search all around the world.)

Zachariah 4:10 NLT

I feel in my spirit to encourage someone who is having the humble beginnings. It can be the beginning of a family, relationship, work, business or even ministry. Things in the beginning seem to be difficult and sometimes so disappointing.

When God gives you vision, you will be the first one to believe in it before anyone else. When you take a step to exercise your vision, then God will start giving you directions on how you are supposed to live that you may fulfill your vision.

Most of us desire the crowd and support from people before we fully understand the vision that God gave us. God sometimes let us to be alone for a while; that He may prepare us and give us all important information we need to operate fully in our vision. Here is where many get disappointed, and think as if God has forgotten what He promised them at the first place.

This morning, I want to encourage you to continue walking in the vision that God has given you. The Bible says, "Where there is no vision, the people are unrestrained, But happy is he who keeps the law, Proverbs 29:18. Sometimes vision causes you to live a certain life style that will be so different from everyone else. When God start doing this in your life, you need to know that it won't be easy to live some custom of yours; but at the end of the day it will be worth the struggle.

I want to encourage you not be discouraged, focus in your vision. If you will be forced to save a lot and reduce some of your spending that you may expand your business; or save that you may build or buy a house, then do that. If you will find yourself having no friends because you have to live your life for the Lord; then do that. God will give you better friends and opportunities ahead of you if you will trust Him.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, help me to focus in my vision in this small beginnings of mine that I may one day be where You want me to be in life. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

TODAY

This is the day the Lord has made;
We will rejoice and be glad in it.

Psalm 118:24 NKJV

Our God is the God of eternity, and we are creatures of time. Apostle Peter says these things, “But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.” Adam lived total of 930 years and he died, this means he was 70 years short to see a day of the Lord. (2 Peter 3:8, Genesis 5:5)

All things that happen to us are bound in time, that's why there are stages of development of human being that changes through time. The Psalmist David says, “Our days may come to seventy years, or eighty, if our strength endures; yet the best of them are but trouble and sorrow, for they quickly pass, and we fly away.” This is important to understand that we haven't been given much time to live on this earth. That’s why is so dangerous to say I will do this and this tomorrow while you can do that particular thing today. (Psalm 90:10)

Then the Psalmist continues by saying in verse 12, “Teach us to number our days that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” We need wisdom of God every day; some people don't have this wisdom that's why they don't enjoy the life that God has given them. Some of you have been given love by God, He has given people who love you; but you don't appreciate them because you think you deserve more or better. There are parents who don't enjoy the love of their children, couples who don't enjoy each other; and some young men and women who keep on rejecting love every time it comes in their way.

This morning, I want to encourage you to live for today because yesterday is gone and tomorrow may never come. The Bible says today is the day of salvation, 2 Corinthians 6:2. Today is the day of deliverance, today is the day for you to love and enjoy the love that God has given you free in your life. Today is the day that you need to enjoy life and be thankful for every good and perfect gift that you have been given from above. (James 1:17)

If God has been speaking to you to do some things, or do some changes in your life. Then today is the day, maybe you have been saying I will do them tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. I'm here to tell you that there is enough anointing in the spiritual realm to help you today. If you will take a step of faith and just do them. You will see the mighty hand of God helping you all the way.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, help me to do all I'm supposed to do today. Give me strength to act upon the faith that You have given me in Christ Jesus and know that everything will work together for my own good. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

BEFORE YOU ACT

Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
And lean not on your own understanding;
6 In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths.

Proverbs 3:5-6 NKJV

In life we make millions of decisions every day, there are those decisions that we are automatically making even noticing. We make decisions such as what we should wear, eat, drink, and decisions like how we can use the money we make and etc...

There are those important decisions in life that require enough time to think before making them. There are some situations in life that forces us to make decision first and see the results of decisions later. There are decisions such as what majors we are supposed to take in collage; which kind of investment or business is worth pursing and what kind of friends you want in life.

There are decisions that touch us directly like who we want to spend the rest of our lives with. All decisions require for us to pray, but important decisions like choosing someone to spend the rest of your life need prayers. I have learnt that most of the time we rush into this kind of decisions and end up in regret for the rest of our lives.

This morning, I want to encourage you to pray before you act. Don't make any important decisions in life before you pray about it. When you pray for God's wisdom, spend enough time listening to His voice before you make your move. Don't pray and immediately after that go on with whatever decision you feel is right before your own eyes.

God talks to us in many different ways, if you will let Him talk to you. He will show you what you should do in the way that it will be easier for you to understand. You are wired different from the rest of us, there are ways that you will understand His voice that will be different from the way I understand His voice. Ask Him to speak to you according to the way He wired you on the inside; and He will surely show you the way you should follow.

Morning with Ebenezer

YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN AUTHORITY

Jesus approached and, breaking the silence, said to them, All authority (all power of rule) in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.

Matthew 28:18 AMP

God intended people of God to have authority over everything on this earth. The Bible says God created man in His own image, in the image and likeness of God He created him; male and female He created them. The name man composes both male and female inside of it. That's why when God speaks to people through the Prophets in the Scripture. He addressed us as man or men; because it the name of both male and female in the Scriptures.

People of God we have been given back again this authority that the devil stole from Adam in Christ Jesus. We have been given authority over all the power of the enemy, the Scriptures says:
Behold! I have given you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and [physical and mental strength and ability] over all the power that the enemy [possesses]; and nothing shall in any way harm you. (Luke 10:19)

Many people of God are weak because they don't use the authority that they have been given in Christ Jesus. They tend to give in temptations, sins and every kind of devil threats. They don't use the blood of Jesus, the name of Jesus and the power of Holy Spirit to overcome devil's obstacles in life.

This morning, I want to remind you to use your authority that you have been given in Christ. If you have a boss who is making your life a living hell in the office; you don't have to fight with him/her in the flesh and blood. You need to apply the blood of Jesus to destroy every source of hate inside his/her heart. You need to use the name of Jesus to break every assignment that the devil has given him/her over your life.

You can control your environment and people who come and go out of your life by the power of the name of Jesus. If you don't have peace inside of you, ask the good Lord to give you His peace through the power of Holy Spirit. If you are experiencing pain in any part of your body; then ask the Lord for the healing. If the devil has stole your past and cause pain inside of your heart; asks the good Lord to restore everything that the devil has stolen and heal your broken heart.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, help me to use authority that You have given me in Christ effectively according to your Gospel in Christ Jesus. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning with Ebenezer

PROTECT THE GIFT

“The master commended the dishonest manager because he had acted shrewdly. For the people of this world are more shrewd in dealing with their own kind than are the people of the light.

Luke 16:8 NIV

People of this world know how to deal with their people. They are more prudent and wiser in relation to their own generation, than the sons of light. They know to make business and respect others in the business deals.

They protect the gifts of their fellow men and encourage young gift to grow. They know the value of each gift and are willing to pay any amount that they can access the gift and use it. That's why the gifted people in the world are rich and if they are not rich then they live comfortable life. They are respected and valued for what they are carrying inside.

People of God don't understand that they have the duty of protecting the gifts that God has placed in the midst of them. Most of us take for granted powerful women and men of God that God has given us. We don't appreciate them and most of the time we don't even give to support their ministries; and sometimes we think that we deserve whatever God is using through them.

This morning, I want to challenge you to protect the gifts that God has placed in your life. Protect them by prayers, encourage those people and if you can support them financially. The enemy is fighting day and night to hinder those gifts to prosper. He is fighting day and night to quiet all the prophetic voices that speak over your life.

If the people of this world can take care each other. We suppose to be more than that, we need to encourage each other and help each other every day. God is waiting for you to do something for the servants of God. He is waiting for you to support those gifts, and help young gifts to grow.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, help me to protect all the gifts that are in my life right now. Help me to be supportive to them and stand by them in the work of ministry. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
