FATHER'S WILL

For it is my Father’s will that everyone who sees his Son and believes on him should have eternal life—that I should raise him at the Last Day.”

John 6:40 TLB

God the Father is the Father to the fatherless and defender of widows. God the Father is the Father of all of us both righteous and wicked in this world. He is the one who causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.

He created us that we may worship Him with our lives and everything within us. He created us that we may serve Him and fulfill His purpose in this world. He sent His son because we fell in sin and we needed a Savior. The Savior came and bought back our freedom from the enemy of our souls and that freedom is freely given to everyone who accepts Jesus by faith.

God the Father had a plan in mind for us; He didn't want us to continue living in this corrupt world forever; that's why through Son Jesus we got the right to be His children and have eternal life after death. If you believe in Jesus then you need to be sure you will live for the all eternity with God. Jesus will raise you at the Last Day that you may inherit the Kingdom of your Father was prepared for you from the founding of the world.

This morning, God wants you to hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown because He is coming soon, Revelation 3:11. Receiving Jesus as the Lord and Savior is not the end of the journey; there are some who believe in the doctrine of once saved always saved. They believe that a person cannot lose his salvation along the way so they teach people to be comfortable and live whatsoever life styles they desire including that involve sin.

Those are false teachings; you and I can lose our salvation if we will not hold on Jesus until the end. The Bible teaches us that those who will endure until the end will be saved, Matthew 24:13. This means that if you will continue with your salvation until the coming of our Lord or until the day you die; then you will qualify to be raised up by the Lord in the Last Day to inherit the Kingdom of our Father. If you will leave the Lord along the way and follow the dictates of your own heart; then your place will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, infamous known as hell of fire or Gehenna.

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, I pray that You may help me to be faithful before You. Lord help me to live the life that your word commands me to live. Help me to be good Christian both in the dark and light that I may be a living testimony before all who don't know You ooh Lord. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
