Morning with Ebenezer

HAVE YOU WASHED?

And I said to him, “Sir, you know.”

So he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

Revelation 7:14 NKJV

Have you been to Jesus for the cleansing power? Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb? Are you fully trusting in His grace this hour? Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb? These were words and Music of Elisha A. Hoffman (19398-1929) who in his lifetime he wrote over 2,000 Gospel songs.

He wanted to know if people around him are washed in the blood of the Lamb. Sometimes it's easy to live with people and call some of them our friends and neighbors; but being less concern about their spiritual conditions. We mostly remember ourselves first, families, friends and those who real concern us and after that we don't widen our scope to try to invite others to Christ.

Most of the times we see people living the life of sin and we know if they will die in that condition they will surely end up in hell; but we fear to share with them about the good news of Christ because we don't want them to be offended. We don't want them to see us as judges; and that by telling them that there is possibility of going to hell if they will not give their life to Jesus, it will be passing a judgment to them.

This morning, I just want to remind you these words of Jesus: God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him. “There is no judgment against anyone who believes in him. But anyone who does not believe in him has already been judged for not believing in God’s one and only Son. (John 3:17-18)

You will not be judging anyone by telling them the Good News of salvation; you will not be judging anyone by asking them to stop living in sin. You will not be a judge by asking people if they have been washed in the blood of the Lamb; because if they don't in Jesus have already been judged for not believing in God's one and only Son. Continue spreading the Gospel of Christ, make sure that you are emptying hell and fill heaven with souls.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, forgive me for not telling people about the Gospel. I'm asking that You may give me the boldness I need that I may share with those who You bring in my life about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Use me as a tool to bring many lost souls in your heavenly Kingdom, In Jesus' Name, Amen.
