ACT LIKE JESUS

fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

In life you will get to meet with different people, not all people will be the same all the time. You will meet people who will encourage you, show you what you can do which you did not even know before and help you to use the potential which is within you. In the mean time you will meet people who will disappoint you, discourage every kind of advancement in your life and make you to look like grasshopper before their eyes.

No matter what you will face in life, you need to remind yourself that you need to be and think positive. You need to learn to renew your mind everyday by the word of God. Knowing that environment, people and situations don't define who you are in Christ Jesus; you do not only need to think right but also act right, to act like Jesus and to be like Him.

Jesus in his days faced the opposition of men, everyone defined him like the way he felt right and he was rejected with all people but He did not give up. He knew where God was taking Him, he knew when he will be lifted up on the earth, he will draw all people to himself. He saw me and you, he wanted to see us saved, delivered and walk in the freedom of His Spirit.

This morning, God wants you to fix your eyes on Jesus, the founder and finisher of our faith. He wants you to believe on his report but not on your past report, people report and the devil report which he keeps on whispering inside of you. You don't need to live like a certain person, you don't need to want much to become like your Pastor but you need to become like Jesus.

He has a special report for you; that you are redeemed, no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in the judgement, you shall condemn. You are the righteous of God in Christ, you are the head and not the tail.

You are blessed with all spiritual blessings, God has raised you up with Christ and seated you with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus. Your name has been written in the book of life, the book of those who go to heaven. You are chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special person. Rejoice in the Lord, start your day with triumph in your heart, knowing God is with you.

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Heavenly Father, I thank You for your Word. Lord help me to act like you, help me not only talk right but also to act right. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
