MIRACLES OF JESUS

Jesus did many other things as well. If every one of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written.

John 21:25 NIV

Jesus did many miracles which are recorded in all four books of the Gospel. During His earthly ministry He did three miracles of raising the dead as recorded in the books of the Gospel. He raised Jairus daughter that has been recorded in three books of the Gospel that are Matthew, Mark and Luke, (Matt 9:18-19, 23-25, Mark 5:22-24, 38-42, Luke 8:41-42, 49-56)

He raised the widow's son at Nain which is recorded only in the book of Luke 7:11-15. When you read the book of John you will read the miracle of raising Lazarus from dead that is recorded in John 11:1-44. Then Jesus performed 23 healing miracles which are recorded also in those four books of the Gospel. 

Jesus did not end there; He performed miracles that showed that He has power over nature which are also recorded in four books of the Gospel. This included calming the storm, walking on water, feeding of the 5000, feeding of the 4000, coin in fish's mouth, fig tree withered, large catch of fish, water turned into wine and another large catch of fish.(Matthew 8:23-27, 14:25, 14:15-21, 15:32-38, 17:24-27, 21:18-22, Luke 5:4-11, John 2:1-11, 21:1-11 respectively) Zondervan NIV STUDY BIBLE

This morning, I want you to know that Jesus is still performing miracles up to this day. He is still raising the dead, performs physical healings, cast out devils, and forgives sin to all who go to Him by faith. If you need a miracle then you need to go to Jesus; if you are possessed by demons or struggling with any physical infirmity, Jesus will be your answer.

There are men and women of God who are being used to spread the Gospel; and God is confirming that word through signs, miracles and wonders. If you put your faith completely in the Lord Jesus Christ then you will witness His miracles in your personal life and God will make you to be a miracle to others. God will use you to cause His miracles to take place in the lives of people if you will walk according to His will in your life.

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, thank You for your Son Jesus Christ. Lord I'm asking that You may touch my life and make me whole. Use me Lord for the extension of your kingdom according to your will and purpose in my life. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
