FOCUS ON THE BIG PICTURE
For I know the plans I have for you,”
declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you
hope and a future.
Jeremiah 29:11 NIV
God has a plan for your life, He has a
plan to prosper you and not harm you. He has the whole laid out plan of your life;
He knows where you will be ten years from now. He knew you will be here long
ago even before you were born. He knew your end before even your life began; He
is Alpha and Omega, the first and the last.
He has allowed all things which have
happened in your life to happen; that He may work all of them for your good at
the end of the day. There are some difficult things which you are experiencing
right now and you may desperately say that God has forgotten you; but He has
allowed them because He is preparing you for something Big. He is preparing you to
face the big picture of your life, what I call the purpose of your life.
Sometimes there are things which may happen
in the midst of your journey to fulfill the purpose which God has for you.
These things can destruct you and change your focus from looking the big
picture and concentrating on minor things. The devil will make sure you focus
on temptations, trials and troubles of this life and stop concentrating on what
God has showed you for your life.
This morning, I just want to encourage you
to focus on the original plan which God had laid out for you. If God promised
to give you a ministry and anoint you to do His work; just be sure He will do
it in His due time. If the Lord said He will give you the family of your own
and beautiful children; just stick to it and stop listening to the devil's
chatters.
If the Lord gave you a certain dream in
life, stick on it and let Him do the rest. Focus on your salvation knowing that
at the end of the day; there is a reward you will receive from the Lord because
of your faithfulness. God bless you.

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God
is going to answer your prayer....
Dear Heavenly Father, help me to focus on
your plan in my life. Give me strength to trust you in all seasons of life
knowing that all things will work together for my good. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
