GOD'S HANDIWORK

If anyone, then, knows the good they ought to do and doesn't do it, it is sin for them.

James 4:17 NIV

Apostle Paul wrote to the wives who where in Ephesus which was the Ancient Greek City located in the present day Turkey these words. Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. Later He said, Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her. This meant that if the wives will not respect their husbands, it would be sin for them likewise the husbands.[Ephesians 5:22,25]``

There are many things which we as Christians starting from family level ought to do but we don't do them. There are some of us who God trusted us with spouses, God intended us to take care of them, to respect and love them unconditionally. Husbands are in the need of unconditional respect, because men translate respect as love. While all women need from their husbands is unconditional love. When this is being done in the family, no one will get hurt.

You may say I'm single and this is not for me. The good news is this, you need to put this in your lunch box in order for it to help you when the time comes. In your singleness, there are some things which you ought not do; like if you are having sex before marriage and you know that is not right, then you need to know that you are sinning before God.

This morning, God wants you to know that, you are His handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for you to do. If there is anything good which the inner witness has been telling you to do for someone, you need to do it because it is the will of God for you to do good works for others. If there anything which you used to do although you had no peace of doing it, you need to stop because it is not the will of the Father.

If you are in a long lasting relationship and somewhere along the line, you started having second thoughts of your nature of relationship because of some ungodly things in it. You need to live that relationship and trust God to bring you a right person, in a right time who will walk in you in the fear of the Lord until the end. God loves you, obey the voice of Holy Spirit in you, walk in the will of the Father, and the glory of God will never leave you.

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Heavenly Father, I thank You for your Word. Lord help me to do all things I ought to do, help me to obey your Word and to be submissive in your will. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
