OUR DAYS ARE NUMBERED 

“Man who is born of woman

Is of few days and full of trouble.

 He comes forth like a flower and fades away;

He flees like a shadow and does not continue.

Job 14:1-2 NKJV

We are living in the church age which is often referred to as the day of grace. One of the feature of this day of grace is that for most part God is not dealing openly and directly with human sin. He may impose swift judgement in some cases, but evil people flourish, enjoy health and wealth, and succeed in their endeavors, even though they are not Christians and do not honor the Lord.

A person may even arrogantly blaspheme God, openly denounce God and teach destructive ideas. Yet, seemingly God does nothing about it. But above all these things which evil people can do against the Almighty God, still our days are numbered. There will be a day which the spirit within you, will be taken away to return to its Creator, and on that day it will be the end of you in this mortal body.

Job knew that the day of mortal man are numbered, he knew that it will reach a day when he will be forced to live this world and go back where he came. By experience he saw the trouble which humans had on the face of the earth, he saw the way they flourished like a flower and soon fades away, they fled like a shadow and did not continue.

This morning, I have a question for you; ''Do you know that your days are numbered?''. Are you living for God or for yourself, are you full of God or full of yourself? Do you know that all what you are doing now are being recorded in heaven, whether good or bad? 

I want to encourage you to turn into Jesus at this hour, repent all that you have done against God in your life. Know that it is written for us to die once and after that judgement. While you are living in this day of grace which God seems to not deal directly with most of the things which we do. Use this day to sanctify yourself, prepare yourself for the rapture of the church; that you may inherit the Kingdom which you have been prepared by God since the foundation of this world.

***Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Heavenly Father, I thank You for your Word. Lord please forgive me for all which I have done against your Word. I repent of all my sins, and I'm asking that You may give me a new beginning by the help of your  Holy Spirit. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
