Morning with Ebenezer

HELP ME PRAY

Also, the Spirit helps us. We are very weak, but the Spirit helps us with our weakness. We don’t know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit himself speaks to God for us. He begs God for us, speaking to him with feelings too deep for words.

Romans 8:26 ERV

In the New Testament alone there are some 261 passages which refer to the Holy Spirit. He is mentioned fifty-six times in the Gospels, fifty-seven times in the book of Acts, 112 times in the Pauline epistles, and thirty-six times in the remaining New Testament.

We can see the Bible puts this much emphasis in the Spirit of God. The Bible says the Spirit will lead us into all truth. He will speak what He hears from the Father and tell us what will happen in the future.

One of the works of the Holy Spirit is to help us pray. We don't know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit himself speaks to God for us. He begs God for us with deep feelings that words cannot explain.

This morning, I want to encourage you to remember to ask the Holy Spirit to help you pray every time you go before God in prayers. You will never be able to pray according to the will of God in your life if you will not let the Spirit of God to help you.

When you pray in the name of Jesus remember that the Spirit of God is the one who will help you to pray according to the will of God. The Holy Spirit is Holy, this means that if you want your prayer life to be bring forth tremendous power which will be dynamic in its working; and then you need to live a holy life in Christ Jesus. If you walk in holiness and make efforts in prayer under the leading of the Holy Spirit then you will see the hand of God in your life.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, I'm asking that You may teach me to pray through the help of your Holy Spirit. Help me to pray according to your will and live a holy life in Christ Jesus my Lord and Savior. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
