Morning with Ebenezer

But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus—the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God.

Acts 20:24 NLT

Paul lived for Jesus; He dedicated His whole life to God. He wanted to finish the work that the Lord Jesus gave to Him; the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God.

Paul preached about the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the grace that brought us the forgiveness of sins and the right to become the children of God. This is the greatest message ever preached to humanity; it is the message of hope for sinners and victory to those who are in Christ.

In the church of Jesus Christ we need people who will be willing to live for God. We people who will dedicate their lives for the sake of the Gospel. This doesn't mean that we all need to stand on the pulpit and preach. It means that we need to be effective on different areas that God has called us in the ministry.

This morning, I want to challenge you to live for God. Calling yourself a Christian is not enough if you live according to the traditions of this world. If you are still running away from God and refuse to serve Him; then you need to know that your life will have meaning only if you will submit yourself to God completely.

If you want your life to have a meaning that you are looking for in other different things; then you need to start serving God with all of your heart. You need to commit yourself to God and use whatever gift He has given you for the extension of the kingdom of God.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, I'm asking that You may help me to serve your purpose in my area of influence. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
