Morning with Ebenezer

HE IS WILLING TO FORGIVE

For You, O Lord, are good, and ready to forgive [our trespasses, sending them away, letting them go completely and forever]; and You are abundant in mercy and loving-kindness to all those who call upon You.

Psalm 86:5 AMP

The God we serve, He is the God who is willing to forgive. He offers forgiveness to all who go to Him by faith through our Lord Jesus Christ. Our God is ready to forgive all sinners, and turn their lives around that they may walk in His original plan for their lives.

The LORD spoke through the mouth of Prophet Isaiah these words, "I, the Lord, am the one speaking to you. Come, let’s discuss this. Even if your sins are as dark as red dye, that stain can be removed and you will be as pure as wool that is as white as snow." Throughout the Bible God is encouraging us to go to Him and repent. (Isaiah 1:18)

He calls people of all from every nation, tribe and language to repent. Peter said, "The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance, 2 Peter 3:9.  God is waiting for us to repent that He may send His Son to take back to Him. The question comes for each one of us, are our lives right with God?

This morning, I want to ask you to take a moment and reconsider your ways. Are you walking according to the will of God in your life? Do you do all what the word of God commands you to do? Are there any hidden sins in your life that you don't want to repent and make things right with God?

I believe you have all the answers for those questions. What you need to do is to repent and make things right with God. Don't say I'm perfect and I don't have any sins, just take a moment and ask God for forgiveness. Ask Him to give you strength not to repeat the same sins that you have been committing all this time. He is faithful; He will forgive you and restore your spiritual position in Him.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, I'm asking that You may forgive for where I have sinned against You. Help me to live a holy life in Christ Jesus in all the days of my life. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
