THE
LORD
He
upholds the cause of the oppressed
and
gives food to the hungry.
The
Lord sets prisoners free,
the
Lord gives sight to the blind,
the
Lord lifts up those who are bowed down,
the
Lord loves the righteous.
The
Lord watches over the foreigner
and
sustains the fatherless and the widow,
but
he frustrates the ways of the wicked.
Psalm
146:7-9 NIV
The
LORD is the maker of heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in
them. He the one who made a man according to His image and likeness.
He put him in this world that he may be fruitful and increase in
number, that he may fill the earth and subdue it.
This
man who is born of woman, is of few days and full of trouble. The
Lord knows what the man is facing and He always there to help him
overcome every obstacles in life. The Bible says He gives justice to
the oppressed, and food to the hungry. He sets prisoners free, these
include people who are bound by Satan.
He
opens the eyes of the blind, He lifts up those who are weighed down.
The Lord loves the godly, and the Lord protects foreigners among us.
The Lord cares for the orphans and widows, but he frustrates the
plans of the wicked.
This
morning, I want to encourage you to trust the Lord with your life.
Maybe you have trusted many in the past who didn't fulfill all what
they promised at the end of the day. Today I want you to dare to
trust the Lord because He remains to be faithful forever. He will
fulfill all things that He has planned for your life; if you will
continue loving Him until the end.
The
Lord knows what you are going through now in life. He knows what you
experienced in the past and He knows what your future holds. He knows
everything about you and the people in your circle of influence. He
knows all your thoughts and even those thoughts you have no idea that
you will think of them one day. If you want to prosper in life, then
you need to trust the Lord who is the Maker of heaven and earth.
