THE WILL OF GOD

Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Matthew 6:10 AMP

I have learnt that there is a will of God, the will of man and the will of the devil. The will of God is the perfect plan which God has for his people. The will of man is the plan which a man has it in his own mind while the will of the devil is only destruction of people of God at any cost.

We have seen the examples of people in the Bible who followed the will of God; these people faced hardships in fulfilling that will but at the end it was worth it, e.g Abraham, Moses, Jeremiah. In the mean time there are people who followed the ways of their own hearts, and they ended up in shame and sorrow, e.g Cain, Lot, and King Saul. Then we see those who followed the will of the devil openly and at the end they harvested death, e.g Queen Jezebel, King Herod, Judas Iscariot .

When young people come to a point of choosing a partner in life, most of those who know the Lord claim that they need the will of God to be fulfilled. But secretly some of them had their conclusion on what kind of persons they needed in life. When for some reasons things seems difficult on those choices which they had in their hearts. They tend to force God to be submissive in their will as the result give room for the devil to come and destroy their lives.

This morning, God wants you to be submissive for His will in your life. Sometimes in your carnal eyes, that man or woman may seems to be the perfect choice for you, but just remember that God is Alpha and Omega. He proclaim the end before the beginning so He see how things will end with that person if you continue forcing to be with him/her.

Sometimes doing a certain business may seems to be a good choice for you now; but if it is not the will of God it may cause you to get loss in the future. We know the will of God by praying and let the peace of Christ directs us in a choice which will bring peace in us. It may be the wrong choice before your eyes but if God is in it, it will come to be the best choice you ever made in your life. Shalom.

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for your Word. Lord I'm asking that You may help me to be obedient to your will even if it will be difficult. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
