“You shall not steal.
Exodus 20:15 NIV
In this eighth commandment God continued setting another important stone which will help the foundation of a good society. Here God shows that He recognizes the importance of one's property; that no one from outside is permitted to take anything from another man without his permission.
Steal is taking another person's property without permission or legal right and without intending to return it. Through the history stealing has been accompanied with another sin which is murder. Since most of the time force has to be used to take something from another person; thieves have found themselves opting to end the lives of the owners that they may get their properties.
In 20th Century due to the development of science and technology; there was the emergence of new type of online theft which used less force compared to the previous one. People who had been informed in this new technology, stole money from people's credit cards, banks and companies by using the modern technology.
This morning, God wants you to know that the solution of stealing is work. In Ephesians 4:28 the Bible says, "Anyone who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work, doing something useful with their own hands, that they may have something to share with those in need.
Work is the only thing which will prevent the poison of greed to eat you up. If you will work hard, while putting God in your work and be patient in all seasons; eventually success will arise like a morning dew. Stop loving sleep, don't compare yourselves with others. Use what you have and God is going to bless the work of your hands.

Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for your Word. Lord please forgive me where I have been lazy, help me to start working hard from this day. I will not steal anything which is not mine, help me to be sufficient with what I have. Knowing that You will take me from glory to glory in each new day. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
