CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP

We should think about each other to see how we can encourage each other to show love and do good works. We must not quit meeting together, as some are doing. No, we need to keep on encouraging each other. This becomes more and more important as you see the Day getting closer.

Hebrews 10:24-25 ERV

My Bible says we are temporary residents and foreigners in this world [1 Peter 2:11]. This becomes evident when someone is born again, he will find out that there is nothing beautiful here like our Heavenly Home. The thirst of the things of this world will cease and the thirst of  things of God, knowing the Lord more and more in each new day will increase tremendously. Here is where Christian Fellowship is needed to help the young believer to become strong in the new faith in Christ Jesus.

Jesus said, if two or three are gathered together in his Name, he will be there in the midst of them, Matthew 18:20. The writer of the Book of Hebrews who is unknown, possibly Apollos or Barnabas wrote,'' Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing''. He says this meaning that we should not stay away from church meetings, as some are doing, [In those days some where abandoning Christianity and returning to Judaism].

In Christian fellowships is where believers get to be strong. These are places where the young believers get to know the whole truth, are the places where the broken hearted are being healed, the weak being strengthen and filled with the Holy Ghost. Here is the place where you will meet people who have been walking with the Lord for years and who will help you to understand and overcome the tactics of the evil one.

This morning, God wants you to start fellowshipping with people of like-precious faith in order to stay strong in faith. He wants you to find people who have similar faith like yours that you may be able to grow spiritually. Two are better than one, one can chase a thousand but two can put ten thousand [10000] to flight. You need somebody to agree with that you may move the immovable mountains in your life.  

Jesus is coming soon, you need preparation for his coming. You can't do it alone, you need to belong in a body of Christ. That is body is the church of the whole world including your local church in your area. God loves you, He wants to continue reveal himself to you more in each new day; but He will be able to do that for you if you will belong to a certain body of believers[church,  weekly fellowships] in your local area.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Heavenly Father, I thank You for your Word. Lord I repent where I neglected to fellowship with the body of believers. Now I'm asking that You may help to build a good habit to attend every Christian meetings in my local area as much as I get a chance to do so. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
