PROTECT THE GIFT
“The master commended the
dishonest manager because he had acted shrewdly. For the people of this world
are more shrewd in dealing with their own kind than are the people of the
light.
Luke 16:8 NIV
People of this world know how
to deal with their people. They are more prudent and wiser in relation to their
own generation, than the sons of light. They know to make business and respect
others in the business deals.
They protect the gifts of
their fellow men and encourage young gift to grow. They know the value of each
gift and are willing to pay any amount that they can access the gift and use
it. That's why the gifted people in the world are rich and if they are not rich
then they live comfortable life. They are respected and valued for what they
are carrying inside.
People of God don't
understand that they have the duty of protecting the gifts that God has placed
in the midst of them. Most of us take for granted powerful women and men of God
that God has given us. We don't appreciate them and most of the time we don't
even give to support their ministries; and sometimes we think that we deserve
whatever God is using through them.
This morning, I want to
challenge you to protect the gifts that God has placed in your life. Protect
them by prayers, encourage those people and if you can support them
financially. The enemy is fighting day and night to hinder those gifts to
prosper. He is fighting day and night to quiet all the prophetic voices that speak
over your life.
If the people of this world
can take care each other. We suppose to be more than that, we need to encourage
each other and help each other every day. God is waiting for you to do
something for the servants of God. He is waiting for you to support those
gifts, and help young gifts to grow.
****Morning Prayer****
Pray this prayer with me by
faith and God is going to answer your prayer....
Dear Heavenly Father, help me
to protect all the gifts that are in my life right now. Help me to be
supportive to them and stand by them in the work of ministry. In Jesus' Name,
Amen.
