REPRESENT CHRIST
Now then, we are ambassadors
for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s
behalf, be reconciled to God.
2 Corinthians 5:20 NKJV
We have been chosen to
represent the kingdom of God on this earth. This world is not our home, we are
here for a moment of time; but Jesus went to prepare us mansions in His
Father's kingdom. He will come back to take us to Himself that where He is, we
may be also.
We keep preaching about this
because we want to remind ourselves daily that whenever we do for the Lord is
not in vain. We want to remind ourselves that there is a reward for our labor
according to the Scriptures. God will reward you and me for our faithfulness in
extending His kingdom around the world.
The Bible teaches us that we
are ambassadors for Christ, we represent Christ kingdom on this earth. We
represent Him before unbelievers by our conducts and our whole way of living.
We represent Him by preaching the Gospel of Christ; and telling people about
Good News of salvation.
This morning, I want to
encourage you to represent Christ Jesus in your circle of influence. Live the
life worth of your calling in Christ. Be the good example before all people and
if it depends on your side live in peace with all people. Don't create enemies
and entertain strife in your life.
Don't only preach the Gospel
by your words but live it with your deeds. Try to love like the way Jesus
loved, and walk in the good attitude towards all who comes in your life. You
don't know who will come and help you. Treat strangers with respect as the Bible teaches us;
and by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing
it. (Hebrews 13:2)

Pray this prayer with me by
faith and God is going to answer your prayer....
Dear Father, help me to
represent You in effectively in my life. I want to live for You in all the days
of my life. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
