BEAUTIFUL FOR ITS OWN TIME

Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God's work from beginning to end.

Ecclesiastes 3:11 NLT

King Solomon starts chapter 3 of the Book of Ecclesiastes by saying, "There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens. He then continues by saying there is a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot. A time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build." (Ecclesiastes 3:1-4)

Then In verse 11 He says God has made everything beautiful for its own time. It takes nine months for a baby to develop in the womb of a mother before he comes out. If he comes out before that we call that baby premature; but when nine months are fulfilled then that baby will come out healthy and ready to face the world.

Holy Spirit keeps on telling me that there are many of us who jumped into things premature. Many young people nowadays know each other three to six months and get married. No wonder many of Millennials marriages end up in divorce. People don't get enough time to know each other, pray that God may give them direction and think it through before they make any life changing decisions like marriage.

This morning, I want to encourage you to wait for God's perfect time. Don't just wake up in the morning and jump into the ministry and desire to be as so and so overnight. Those you see now on the TV's and hear on the Radio didn't start there. You can see their glory but you don't know their stories. Learn to go step by step while waiting for God to elevate you in His time.

If you have a new relationship don't jump into steps ahead of you while you haven't even make 2 steps. Take your time to know the person, give yourself time that you may know how she/he reacts in all seasons of life. Ask the Lord God to give you wisdom, and don't say he/she will change when we get married, there is no such thing. If he/she didn't change to get you, He won't change when he/she have you!

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, help me to wait on your time in everything knowing that You will make everything beautiful in your time. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
