Morning with Ebenezer

SHARE JESUS

He then brought them out and asked, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.”

Acts 16:30-31 NKJV

One night the Philippian jailer asked Paul and Silas, "Sirs, what must I do to be saved?'' They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved-you and your household." This jailer asked that kind of question, because he saw the way God shook the foundations of the prison.

Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God that night, and the other prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was such a violent earthquake that the foundations of the prison were shaken. At once all the prison flew open, and everyone's chains came loose.

When Paul and Silas were asked about salvation, they directly shared the Lord Jesus with the jailer. Many people out there have questions about Jesus; but there are few people who are willing to share Him with the world. Many Christians don't like to be seen too spiritual and they make sure they keep their faith low.

This morning, I just want to remind you to share Jesus with others. You don't have to know the whole Bible to share Jesus with others. You don't need to perform miracles, signs and wonders for people to believe you. You just need to share what the Lord has done for you; and let Him touch them as the way He touched you.

One day someone said, "Christianity is one beggar telling another beggar where he found bread." What you need to do is to tell people how you found Jesus, and where they can find Him. You just need to point them to the Savior and He will do the rest. God wants to use you, so give Him a chance.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, I'm asking that You may give me courage to share about the things that You have done in my life and the work of Jesus in me. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
