Morning with Ebenezer

THANK GOD

Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our “God is a consuming fire.”

Hebrews 12:28-29 NIV

The Kingdom of God is the kingdom that cannot be destroyed. It is the kingdom that existed before any kingdom and it will be the kingdom that will remain when all other kingdoms have been destroyed. Now you will understand why Jesus is called the King of kings and Lord of Lords; and surely as He live, every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

All those who have received Jesus as the Lord and Savior of their lives gained the right to inherit this kingdom. We were given access through the blood of Jesus that was shed on Calvary for our sins; this blood brought peace between us and God.

We have been saved by His grace when we believed; and we can't take credit for this, it is a gift from God. We need to be thankful, and worship God in the way that will please Him. We should do this with respect and fear; because our God is like fire that has ability to destroy all who disobey Him.

This morning, I want you to take a moment to thank God for what He has done for you on the Cross. Thank God for forgiveness of sins, thank God for the gift of salvation; and outpouring of the Holy Spirit in your life and lives of believers. Thank God for the Church of Jesus Christ in this world.

Thank God for the men and women of God who pray for the people of God day and night. Take a moment to thank God for your personal life; for all the good things that He has done for you. Thank Him for all people in your circle of influence and what is about to do in your life. Thank God for everything in your life; and every moment that He has given you a chance to experience in this life.

****Morning Prayer****
Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, I thank You for everything that You have done in my life. May your Name be lifted higher and higher that all men will know that You are the God alone; before the time began. You were on your throne, and your kingdom will never be shaken. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
