SEEK
FIRST
But seek
first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be
added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry
about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
Matthew
6:33-34 NKJV
We all have different goals in life, but one thing that may be in
common for all of us; is that we all seek to live good lives in one way or
another. Christians always face the same pressures that everyone out there is
facing. We all struggle in this life like everyone else; but for us there is a
blessed hope in Christ.
As the way people who don't know God die, is the same to
Christians. We face temptations like everybody else and find ourselves in life
dilemmas as everyone. If you a believer of Christ, there is something you get
to experience inside of you every time you find yourself in the middle of the
storm. There is that within peace that money, good husband, good wife, college
degrees, material prosperity and a good network of friends can't offer.
Jesus through the power of Holy Spirit keeps reminding us that we
shouldn't be afraid; because He is with us. There is that assurance that no
matter what happens all things will work together for good for you no matter
what the situation may be. This feeling of assurance is experienced only by
believers; and if you are not a believer you won't understand what I'm talking
about here.
This morning, I want to encourage you to seek first the kingdom of
God and His righteousness, and things shall be added to you. All the
things you desire to get from this world shall be added to you; God will meet
all of your needs according to His riches in Christ Jesus.
Do not worry how tomorrow will unfold; just know that your
future is in the hands of God. He has been in your tomorrow and He has prepared
everything to work together for your own good. Trust God and surrender your
future in His hands; and the peace of God will keep you for the rest of your
life.
****Morning
Prayer****
Pray this
prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....
Dear Father, I thank You for my future in advance. I know You have
been there and You have prepared all things for me. I surrender my life before
You; I will have faith in You in all the days of my life. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
