Morning with Ebenezer

BLOOD

You must know (recognize) that you were redeemed (ransomed) from the useless (fruitless) way of living inherited by tradition from [your] forefathers, not with corruptible things [such as] silver and gold, But [you were purchased] with the precious blood of Christ (the Messiah), like that of a [sacrificial] lamb without blemish or spot.

1 Peter 1:18-19 AMP

In the past slaves were redeemed from their masters through things such as gold and silver. The relatives of those particular slaves had to pay a ransom in form of gold or silver to win their relatives freedom. These things were subjected to destruction and they end up perishing when they have been used enough.

We were once slave of sin, but thank God for Jesus who took us in. Jesus paid the ransom for our freedom; Apostle Peter who worked and lived with Jesus in the days of His flesh. He witnesses to us that we got our redemption after the precious blood of Jesus was shed for our sins.

Jesus shed His precious blood, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. He paid the ransom, and today we are able to sing Hallelujah to the Lord because of His blood. It was His blood that set us free and cleansed us from the dirty of sin. It was the price that Jesus paid that we may be free, may His Name be praised forever and ever, Amen.

This morning, I want you to take a moment and thank God for the blood of Jesus. Maybe you don't know the work of the blood in your life; but I'm here to tell you that it has a lot of work more than your mind can perceive. It is the one which cleanses you from sin, and make you white as snow.

It is the one which gives you strength from day to day, and indeed it will never lose its power. It reaches to the highest mountain, and it goes to lowest valley of life. It can cleanse you no matter how deep in sin you may be right now. Give a chance to a blood, and let it do its perfect in your life.
****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, I thank You for purchasing us through the blood of the lamb. I'm asking that the blood of Jesus may soothes my doubts, calms my fears and dries all my tears; give me strength ooh Lord today that I may continue to serve You. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
