LEFTOVERS

You shall also decide and decree a thing, and it shall be established for you; and the light [of God’s favor] shall shine upon your ways. When they make [you] low, you will say, [There is] a lifting up; and the humble person He lifts up and saves. He will even deliver the one [for whom you intercede] who is not innocent; yes, he will be delivered through the cleanness of your hands.

Job 22:28-30 AMP

It is the will of God for you to start something and finish it. It is the will of God for you who are in Christ Jesus to decide and decree a thing; and be established before your eyes. God created the world and whole things in it by the Word. This Word was Jesus himself as referred in John 1:1-3.

The Bible says: In the beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself. He was present originally with God. All things were made and came into existence through Him; and without Him was not even one thing made that has come into being.

Through this Word God created heaven and earth, and this Word now is living inside of us by faith. This means when we speak things by faith, the Word (Christ) inside of us stands by them until they come to pass. Many of us have started things and end up in a half way; we had started many projects that we didn't finish. When we look back we have accumulated many small things that are pending still waiting for us to finish them.

This morning, God wants you to go back and finish your leftovers. He wants you to finish all what you have started because the one in you finish all the work that brought Him in the world. He did not leave anything behind; He finished the work of our salvation that's why we can proudly say we are born again Christians. 

Refuse to continue having leftovers, make it an agenda to start something and finish it on time. You have the favor of the Lord over you so it's about time to start using it that the name of the Lord should be praised because of you. I challenge you to go back and finish your leftovers in every aspect of your life, if it is school go back it is not too late. If it is the Bible go back and read it until you finish, and God will be with you all the way.

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly, help me to finish my leftovers. Forgive me for allowing fear and inferiority complex to dictate my decisions. I refuse be controlled by them anymore, I will have faith in you from now on and finish all my projects. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
