Morning with Ebenezer

JESUS MIRACLES DOER

You know of Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power, and how He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.

Acts 10:38 NASB

The Gospel is full of people who received miracles from the Lord. There was a woman with the issue of blood for twelve years, who had spent all her livelihood on physicians and could not be healed by any, and when she touched the garment of Jesus was healed. (Luke 8:43-48)

There was a blind beggar Bartimaeus who received his site from Jesus. We see there the servant of Roman Centurion who was healed only by the word of faith from Jesus. There is a record of His friend Lazarus who was raised from the dead. We see Jesus calms the storm, by rebuking the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm. (Mark 10:46-52, John 11:38-44, Mark 4:35-41)

He preached Gospel to people of all status and while doing so; He fed the five thousand men without counting women and children by five loaves of bread and two fish. He healed many who were sick, rebuked demons and cleaned the leprosy. He died on the cross, and on the third day He rose from dead and He is alive forevermore. (Matthew 14:13-21, Matthew 8:1-4, 14-17)

This morning, God wants you to know that if Jesus did all of those miracles for them, He is going to do for you too. Our Jesus saves, praise be to His name! He is going to rapture you from your present miserable situation and place of safety. 

He is the God of miracles, signs and wonders. The last time I checked He is still working full time to insure the safety of all those who have put their faith in Christ Jesus. He has been there from the beginning, He had never stopped or retired from His work of saving mankind from sin and hell.

Put your trust in Him this Sunday,  He is on His way to bless you and anoint your life with fresh oil of His Spirit. God bless you.

Jehovah God, I thank You for your Word. Lord I just want You to know that You are welcome to take your place in my life. Have your way Lord in me, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
