Morning with Ebenezer

GET WISDOM

Wisdom is the principal thing;
Therefore get wisdom.
And in all your getting, get understanding.

Proverbs 4:7 NKJV

There is a certain quantity of wisdom that comes with the baptism of the Holy Spirit. The Bible says wisdom is the principal thing, this means wisdom should be first thing in your life in order you may succeed in everything you do. We see that Jesus was anointed by the Spirit of wisdom, Jesus did not anoint Himself but was the work of Holy Spirit.(Isaiah 11:2)

Holy Spirit anointed people with the Spirit of wisdom to do different things in the Bible, (Exodus 28:3,31:2-4). Joshua was filled with the Spirit of wisdom when Moses laid hands on him, (Deuteronomy 34:9). Stephen was filled with wisdom of the Spirit and people could not stand up against him as he spoke, (Acts 6:10)

Wisdom will help us to make sound judgments, make good decisions, and choose good choices. For ministries wisdom is needed with their daily dealings with people and the problems which God uses them to solve. Leaders need wisdom that they may not show partiality and maximize the gift of every individual in their circle of influence.

This morning, God wants you to ask Holy Spirit to anoint you with His wisdom. There are many choices which you made somewhere in your life which caused a lot of pain. If you would have the wisdom of God you would choice otherwise and never experience what you had.

Wisdom will help you to manage your finances well, to know where, when and how you will use your funds that you may not stuck in the future. It will help you to prioritize the first things first and put the last things last. May God grant you wisdom.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer...

Jehovah God, I thank You for your word. Lord I'm asking that You may grant me wisdom through the power of your Holy Ghost which works in me. Teach me wisdom, and help me to apply it in my daily life that I may succeed. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
