Morning with Ebenezer

JOYFUL LIFE

For his anger lasts only a moment,
    but his favor lasts a lifetime;
weeping may stay for the night,
    but rejoicing comes in the morning.

Psalm 30:5 NIV

Life can give us million of reasons for weeping and being sad. There are some people who feel like God has forsaken them and they are so unlucky in life. These people have tried everything to make their lives better but always end up failing or making them worse.

There are some Christians who came from a background of unspeakable poverty; they always tend to struggle with the notion that God cannot prosper them in the Biblical standard. There is a Biblical road of blessings that is found in the scriptures. In order to be able to inherit what the Lord has in store for you; your mindset need to be changed by the word of God.

One thing you need to learn is that no problem or hardship will last forever. If you have sinned before the Lord and repented your sins; then know that God has already forgiven you and He is not holding anything against you. If you were born in poverty and under privileged; there is no need for you to use it as an excuse, but make efforts that your children may live a better life.

This morning, I want you to know that God has prepared a joyful life ahead of you. You may be passing through temptations right now, and sometimes you may feel like God has forgotten you. I'm here to tell you that there is a door of escape ahead of you, so don't give up and continue trusting God.

As you continue reading scriptures you will find all the answers of your problems. You will get wisdom that will help you overcome your poverty and start walking in the blessings of God. God will open your eyes and show you the authority that you have been given in Christ. If you will know what authority you have and your position in the spiritual realm; then you will be in a best position to overcome anything that will come in your way.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, I thank You for your word. Lord I'm asking that You give me strength to continue with my journey of salvation. Help me to endure hardships knowing that nothing I face will last forever; but in everything You will provide a way of escape for me. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
