WE ARE ALL SINNERS
Here is a trustworthy saying
that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save
sinners—of whom I am the worst.
1 Timothy 1:15 NIV
Paul the
Apostle was the mighty man of God. He wrote almost half of the New Testament,
and He saw God in a very unique way during His ministry. Paul acknowledged what
the Lord did in his life; the way He saved him from the shame of sin.
He says
Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of who I am the worst. He
admitted that he was a sinner and without the Lord, he would continue to sin.
He showed the perfect example of how our attitude should be. Although he knew
God deeply but he didn't consider himself special; he knew that without the
Lord he would continue living in sin.
Some Christians tend to feel superior after they
have given their life to the Lord. They tend to judge everyone who commits sin.
Instead of helping people who are still struggling in sin, they tend to
badmouth them and refuse to help them.
This morning, I want you to know that we are all
sinners. The Bible teaches that, “For all have sinned, and come short of the
glory of God, Romans 3:23.” So you need to be always grateful for the gift of
salvation that is found in Christ Jesus. Don't take your salvation for granted
but always thank God for saving you from sin.
In your walk with the Lord make sure you help
others who haven't reached the grace that you have received. Show others your
Jesus that you have received, don't keep Jesus for yourself; but share Him with
the lost world. Remember you were once a sinner, so make sure you help other
who are still live in sin to see the light of Christ.
****Morning Prayer****
Pray this prayer with me by
faith and God is going to answer your prayer...
Dear Father, forgive me for where I considered
myself holy than others. Use me to help sinners see the light that is found in
Christ Jesus. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
