PRAY FOR OTHERS

And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

Ephesians 6:18 NIV

There are a lot of people who need prayers in the body of Christ. We have people who try to live Christian life but they are still struggling with sin. These people need someone strong in the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ to pray for them.

We have Christians who are persecuted throughout the world; believers who are being tortured because of their faith in Christ. These people need our prayers especially us who are living in the countries that we have freedom to worship.

We have our loved ones who are not saved. We eat with them and talk with them; but we know for sure if they will die in the state that they are in right now, the will go direct to hell. We have many rising preachers who preach false doctrines that are not according to the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

This morning, I want to remind you to remember to pray for all members of the body of Christ. I believe there are many people in your life that can use your prayers. When you pray make sure you call people by their names and ask God for their behalf.

Praying for people will break the judgmental spirit inside of you. Prayers will teach you to love people and look them in the eye of love. You will stop judging them and help them in their weaknesses. God will reveal His plans in your life when you pray. God needs you to pray for those who are weak and needy in the body of Christ. Start praying today!

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, help me to pray for the people who are in my life. Help me to pray for the Church of Jesus Christ in this world every time I get a chance according to your Gospel in Christ Jesus. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
