Morning with Ebenezer

PRAYERS

Therefore let all the faithful pray to you
    while you may be found;
surely the rising of the mighty waters
    will not reach them.

Psalm 32:6 NIV

We are being taught and encouraged in the Bible to pray. Prayers has played important role in the lives of faithful men of God who lived before us. God revealed Himself to them, visited them in different ways; and helped them to overcome all obstacles they came across in life.

We have believers in the church of Jesus Christ who lack the power of God in their lives because they don't pray. We have many teachings that insist the importance of prayers. We are being encouraged to pray every day and there are enough Scriptures that encouraged us to pray but we don’t.

Some Christians spend a lot of time watching TV, reading news paper, and chatting with people but they don't pray. They pray when they find themselves in trouble, they pray when their loved ones are sick or facing dangers.

This morning, I want to remind you to pray. I know that there is always a room for you to improve your prayer life. There is a room for you to pray for your future, that God may meet your tomorrow needs. Even if you don't have any need but still your prayers can help someone who is in need.

I want to encourage you to pray every time you get a chance. Pray for yourself, pray for your family, pray for your co-workers, pray for your bosses, and pray for the company you work with. Pray for your local church or fellowship, pray for your unsaved loved ones, pray for your future, pray for everything that you thing need to be changed or improved in your life. God will hear you from heaven and answer your prayers.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Father, I pray that You may make a prayer warrior out of me. Help me to pray every day that I may grow in my faith in Christ Jesus my Lord. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
