SURRENDER
While Jesus was here on earth,
he offered prayers and pleadings, with a loud cry and tears, to the one who
could rescue him from death. And God heard his prayers because of his deep
reverence for God.
Hebrews 5:7 NLT
Life comes with a lot of
stress. We always find ourselves facing pressure of making different decisions
in life. Sometimes we make mistakes and end up in regrets. Being a Christian
doesn't exclude you from trials of this world; but it gives you hope that no
matter what you face in life, God will never leave or forsake you.
Life can be a burden for
many, and problems can a heavy load that many can't carry alone. Jesus knew
this that's why He said, "Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry
heavy burdens, and I will give you rest." Jesus called us to go to Him
that He may give us rest in everything that we are going through in life. (Matthew
11:28)
Jesus faced many challenges
that we are facing in this life. He had a way out of it; He went before God and
offered prayers and requests, with a loud cry and tears to God, who could save
Him from death. Jesus was one hundred percent God, and at the same one hundred
percent man. He knew that God would save Him from death, and prayers were the
only way in His form as a man to get help from God.
This morning, surrender your
problems to the Lord in prayers. Go to the Lord in prayers and avail yourself
before Him. Tell Him about your problems, needs, fears, trials and temptations.
Talk to Him as the way you talk to a friend who you trust. Tell Him how you
feel, and how you desire to see things in your life.
Talk to God, open your heart
before Him and let Him take control over your situation. Have faith when you
talk to God, knowing that whatever you have asked Him, He will give you according
to His plan and purpose over your life.
****Morning Prayer****
Pray this prayer with me by
faith and God is going to answer your prayer....
Dear Father, I surrender all
my problems before You. I'm asking that You may solve them ooh Lord. Help me to
overcome all trials I'm facing right now in my life. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
