KEEP PRAYING
Now it came to pass in those days that He went out to the mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.
(Luke 6:12 NKJV)
We Christians follow what was written in the Holy Scriptures. The New Testament believers, we learn on how to live according to the will of God by looking the example of Jesus Himself. When Jesus was on this earth, He was the man of prayer. He was a prayer warrior of all time.
He spent most of His time at night interceding for His people. I believe without a doubt in my mind, that while He was praying He had you and me in mind. He was praying that when our time comes we may know and accept Him as the Lord and Savior of our lives.
He was persistent in prayers and He was praying for the sins of the world. He spent countless nights in the mount of Olives praying. He prayed for His Church in this world that they may be strong, fight against every tactics of the devil and continue standing in faith.
This morning, God wants you to continue praying to Him as the way Jesus did. There are some things and behaviors in our lives which need us to continue praying that they may be broken. It may happen there is a certain curse over your life, many servants of God have laid hands upon you but still things seem to be the same.
There are some demons which are familiar spirits which have been there for years. Maybe there were invited with your forefathers who did not know the Lord and they have been there watching over every new born child in your family. Your family has been experiencing the same kinds of problems over and over again.
You need to have constant prayer in order to break down those kinds of demons. They will not surrender easily, if someone will cast them out; they will obey but always they will find a chance to get back. Our daily and constant prayer will set you free, you will build a wall in your spirit which no demon will be able to penetrate through constant prayer. May God pour the Spirit of Prayer upon your life.
****Morning Prayer****
Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....
Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for your Word. Lord I'm asking that You may build in me the desire to pray. Help me to continue praying for my needs and problems without giving up. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
