Morning with Ebenezer

HE WILL DO

As it is written: “I have made you a father of many nations.” He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed—the God who gives life to the dead and calls things that are not as though they were.

Romans 4: 17 NIV1984

The Bible calls God as the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Abraham believed God and he received the promise which God made to Him. God said to Abraham that he will be a father of many nations while still Abraham had no son. He was old and the Bible says that his body was as good as dead since he was about a hundred years old-and that Sarah's womb was also dead.

The Bible continues saying,''Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised, (Romans 4:18-21). Abraham believed God that he was able to do what man can not do, he believed that God will give him and Sarah a son though they were both pasted the normal age of having children.

Abraham believed God and it was counted to him righteousness. When we say righteousness was counted to Abraham we mean that; he was seen as the man who had right living and standing with God.The God who calls things that are not as though they were, the God of Abraham and the Father of Jesus Christ, is also your God.

This morning, I have a word for you. There are somethings which God spoke in your spirit long ago, he showed you what you will become if and only if you will continue being obedient to him. Every time you go into prayer, He keeps insisting that he will do what he has promised. The Lord sent me this morning to tell you, ''As the way he fulfilled the promise which he gave to Abraham, is the same way is going to fulfill the promise which he gave to you.''

He the God that gives life to your dead situation, he is the God who calls the things that are not  yet seen in your life as though they were. He is the God who declares the end before the beginning, I love this God I serve. He is the God who will keep his word and keep his promise which he gave you. Do not waver through unbelief, keep trusting the God of Jesus Christ and you will see all what he has promised you come to pass.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Heavenly Father, I thank You for your Word. Lord am asking that You may strengthen my faith, that I may continue standing with You till I see all what You have promised me come to pass in my life. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
