KNOW THE TRUTH

Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures:

‘The stone which the builders rejected

Has become the chief cornerstone.

This was the Lord’s doing,

And it is marvelous in our eyes’?

“Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a nation bearing the fruits of it. And whoever falls on this stone will be broken; but on whomever it falls, it will grind him to powder.”

Matthew 21:42-44 NKJV

We keep preaching that Jesus is way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Him. We preach this because it what is written in the Scriptures and the truth of God. If you are offended by this truth then know that you don't have the Spirit of God in you; because the Spirit is supporting it in every believer. (John 14:6)

Jesus was the stone which the builders rejected, who later become the chief cornerstone. The builders, who were the house of Israel, rejected our Lord. They accused Him falsely, rejected Him, despised Him, and at the end of the day killed Him. That was not the end of the story, because He rose again from the grave with victory. He encouraged His disciples and asks them to wait for the promise of the Father; which was the power of the Holy Spirit that they may be His witnesses. (Acts 1:4-8)

The kingdom of God was taken from the house of Israel and given to the rest of the world because of their unbelief. God has its own way of restoring the whole house of Israel back to Him; in the last days He will win them back to Himself. The Gentiles received the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ; many were saved and are still receiving Jesus as the Lord and Savior of their lives. Many are offended by the Gospel, and they do everything in their power to prevent it from spreading; but still the Gospel is being preached all over the world.

This morning, I want to encourage you to know the truth, and that truth will set you free. Many people are afraid of Satan and have all of the theories about him; because they don't the truth that He is the defeated foe. They don't know that Jesus has overcame Satan, and that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:10-11)

If you have given your life to Jesus, then you need to know that you are a child of God. God is considering you as His child because you have obeyed Him by giving your life to Jesus. He is preparing the Kingdom for you. There is a New Earth and New Jerusalem waiting for you; if you will be faithful up to death.  “Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom. (Luke 12:32)

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for your Son Jesus Christ. Lord I'm asking that You may help me to know; and understand the truth that I may walk in the freedom of our Lord Jesus Christ. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
