Morning with Ebenezer

SHARE WITH OTHERS

And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.

Hebrews 13:16 NIV

We all have stories in life. We passed through different experiences that shaped who we are today. I believe even the amount of faith we have depends with the environments and challenges we were exposed to in life.

Those who were exposed in difficult environments and forced to trust God for their survival tend to have strong faith than those who were spoon-feed. God allowed us to be in different areas and exposed in different experiences that we may help each other in the Lord.

Peter the Apostle says in 1 Peter 4:10, God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another. We need to use whatever we have to help each other. We need to be willing to share our wealth, experiences, knowledge and wisdom with others that the body of Christ may be built and flourish.

This morning, I want to remind you to share what you have with others. We are living in the world where many people are selfish and greedy. There is a huge gap between haves and haves not. We have been given free the grace and gifts that we have in Christ; but we have some who sell the gifts of God by asking money before they minister to God's people.

I want to encourage you to read the Bible for yourself; and follow what is written in the Scriptures. If you don't understand it when you read, ask the Lord to teach you through the power of the Holy Spirit; and to send people who will help you to interpret it as it is written. May God give you the heart of sharing what you have with others in your life.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, forgive me for where I failed to share what I have with others. Lord I pray that You may give me the heart of sharing what you have blessing me with counterparts for your glory. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
