Morning with Ebenezer

GIVE THANKS ALWAYS

Giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,

Ephesians 5:20 NKJV

The Psalmist David proudly says, “Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.” Our Lord God is good; His mercies are new every morning. Weeping of His saints may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning. (Psalm 136:1)

No matter what you are going through in life right now, there is joy ahead of you. God has prepared things that your eyes haven't seen, nor ears heard, nor have entered into your heart. The things which God has prepared for those who love Him. (1 Corinthians 2:9)

It easy to give thanks to God when things are okay, you are stable financially and when you are in your good healthy. Sometimes it is difficult to thank God when your life is a mess; you are facing marital problems, you have no job, you are sick or even facing demonic attacks.

This morning, I want to encourage you to thank God in all things. Give Him thanks for good days and bad ones. Give Him thanks for those who have loved you and those who rejected you. Give Him thanks for answered and answered prayers. Give Him thanks for existing relationships and broken ones.

Thank God for this day, thank Him because He has given you another chance to be productive, grow in the Spirit and amend your past wrongs. He has given you another day to love again, ask for forgiveness and forgive. He has given you another day to seek His face and work towards fulfilling your dreams in life. Give thanks to Him today!

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for the gift of life. Thank You for the gift of salvation that is found in Christ Jesus. I'm asking that You may be with me in this day, help me to walk towards fulfilling your will and purpose in my life. Help me to work hard towards my goals while knowing that You will be with me until the end. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
