Then Midianite traders passed by so the brothers pulled Joseph up and`lifted him out of the pit, and sold him to the Ishamalities for twenty shekels of silver. And they took Joseph to Egypt.

Many of us have faced this what we call betrayal, is the one of the most painful thing in life.Some of us have been betrayed with our closest friends, parents or children, lovers and sometimes if you are a Pastor you might been facing this from even the closest members of your church.
Joseph was sold by his brothers to the Midianite traders because of envy, and he was taken as the slave in Egypt.
This morning, you may be like Joseph being a slave somewhere in your life because they sold you to the traders some years ago, the pain of betrayal is still hunting you inside and you are planning soon or later to take a revenge.Do not do that my friend, it is written,
''Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,'' says the Lord(Romans 12:19, NKJV)
God has seen your cry, just forgive them and leave the matter to Jesus and He will help you to get through it all...
