IT STANDS FOR TRUTH
Love does not delight in evil
but rejoices with the truth.
1 Corinthians 13:6 NIV
The Bible says let those who
love the LORD hate evil, for He guards the lives of his faithful one and
delivers them from hand of the wicked, Psalm 97:10. No one who loves the Lord
will rejoice in injustice and unrighteousness, but rejoices when right and truth
prevail.
If you walk in the love of
God you will never rejoice seeing people suffer in any form. You will not
rejoice seeing wicked people prevail or evil take control over the society. You
will not have the courage to lie to people concerning different issues in life.
We have some Christians who
are willing to lie that they may get their way. There are some ministers who
lie to their congregations that they may increase their influence. All lying,
gossiping, and every form of slandering are not from God.
This morning, I want to
encourage you to rejoice when right and truth prevail. In other words, when you
see bad things in your society you need to do something about it. If you see
any form of gender discrimination or abuse; you need to start up and defend
those who are being oppressed.
The world needs someone like
you. Someone who will stand up for the truth no matter what the cost, someone
who will make sure the justice is being given to those who desperately need it.
May God help you to walk in His love.

Pray this prayer with me by
faith and God is going to answer your prayer....
Dear Heavenly Father, help me
to stand for the truth in all the days of my life. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
