Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.
James 1:27(NKJV)
The Bible says that our God is the Father of the orphans and the husband of the widows (Psalm 68:5), in our society which we are living now the group which is most desperate in many areas are orphans and widows, most of them are put in the second part in everything and even us people who are in Christ we also don't put in mind that is our responsibility to help and take care of them.
The sufferings of orphans are unmentionable! Most of them they live while wishing they could die and very small acts of love for them can retrieve their energy and give them hope of life in this world. One thing to remember if in one way or another you will get to offend widows and orphans purposely be sure that you are not only hurting them but also you are hurting God who is their Father.
This morning, make a commitment in your life that you will have a portion for a widow, stranger and orphan in your life, giving them food when they are hungry, water when they are thirsty and stay away from every evil of this world by choosing good and staying away from wickedness and indeed the God in heaven will be your Father and soon He will crush Satan under your feet.

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....
God the Father, this morning I am asking that You may teach my heart to love the unprivileged group in the society starting with widows and orphans. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
