Morning with Ebenezer

Faithful God

I have been young, and now am old;
Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken,
Nor his descendants begging bread.
He is ever merciful, and lends;
And his descendants are blessed.
Psalms 37:25-26(NKJV)

There is a certain deception among young people thinking that serving God in their youth is wasting of time and unprofitable because God will prevent them in doing those things which are profitable before their eyes. The Psalmist David was called by God when he was still a teenage and from there he served God for the rest of His life. When he was old enough nearly to die he wrote the Psalms of 37 to proclaim the faithfulness of God in his life and the life of all who believed God in his time!

Our God is faithful, He preserves the righteous and cut away the wicked from the earth, in verse 35 and 36 the Bible says; I have seen the wicked in great power,
And spreading himself like a native green tree.
Yet he passed away, and behold, he was no more;
Indeed I sought him, but he could not be found.

This morning, the same God who was with David is here in His Word asking that He may save your soul, if you will say yes to Him, yes to His will today; you are going to see His faithfulness in your life, He will heal your past, take care of your present and give you hope for the future neither you nor descendants will suffer hunger and He will be your strength in the time of trouble and He shall deliver you from wicked and save you because you had put your trust in Him.

****Morning Prayer****

Pray this prayer with me by faith and God is going to answer your prayer....

Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your faithfulness in my life. I am surrendering everything in Your care because You are my God. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
