Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

Before Jesus was taken up to heaven, He said to His disciples that,"I am with you always, even to the end of the age."Matthew 28:20b
Although He was taken away from our sight, it was because He could return again in our heart through His Holy Spirit as our helper in our weaknesses in this life.
This morning you may be anxious about some things(future,your job,education,spouse...) in your life, you have tried to pray but still there is no any change; God knows what you are facing and He wants you to start praying in the Holy Spirit and thereby the load(to be very worried) which you are feeling inside will be taken away from you by the power of His Spirit...
